Few of you are denouncing the death threats he’s receiving as well.
Karius has received death threats?! fk me.

You’d think that with Hillsborough in their history these posters would have more of a sense of proportion about whats really important in life. Idiots.

I think the "death threats" is a social media thing, it doesn't reflect on real fans of Liverpool, or any club for that matter.

I remember Lukaku getting death threats (and general dogs abuse) on twitter from Chelsea fans when he missed a pen in the supercup final.

I want Karius to stay. He made some fantastic saves last night. .
I'll be honest, Jammy, I don't think he did. He made some good saves that 99% of other keepers would also have made, but "fantastic"? Not for me.

Don't be rediculous, it's a picture and they often don't tell the right story. 3:10, Slah is running towards the ball and Ramos cuts in, it blatantly obvious https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wM_R-Xc0ez4
Before throwing Salah to the ground. The only thing missing was a judo mat.

Some (not all) scousers never seem to pass up the opportunity to humiliate both themselves and their club.

You lost against a teAm that will go down as one of the best ever ,3 on the run and 4 of the last 5 champs leagues is simply incredible .
They're ok, but we turned them over pretty easily in the group stage.
Which is why you won the European Cup last night.
As did you.

I can’t believe that a few on here are claiming that Karius has taken a bribe, worse still is that the only posters (other than wjb) aren’t picking them up on it and defending Karius for that at least.

I see the argument is still raging around the Ramos / Salah incident, despite the photo stills showing who locked arms with who.
On the first point - there comes a point when something so stupid is posted, you just think "oh F off..." and scroll past. Utter crap. Silence doesn't mean people agree.

Point 2 - what the hell do still photos prove that running the video from half a dozen angles repeatedly doesn't? Nothing...

Nor do any of you it seems.

Again, anyone with half a brain would realise that trolls on Twitter do not reflect on a club or its fanbase.

Seen a few mentions elsewhere that Ramos whacked Karius in the face just before the 1st mistake so he might have lost his concentration due to that - apparently German TV have been showing it.

If that's the case, perhaps he should have gone down and drawn attention to it and taken a breather...

And yet despite you thinking that what I’ve posted is so stupid and you probably thinking “oh just F off”, you still replied to my post scratchchin

I’ve now watched the incident. Salah grabs him first, but that’s not unusual, they then fall over, Ramos definitely holds on. Does he roll him, or go,out to injure him, only he knows, but any defender would have to be an idiot not to hold on if he’s falling over. Players get injured at critical times, Portugal lost their best player in Ronaldo, but went on to win the Euro final last time out. Continuing to moan about it and demand some sort of retrospective action, or whatever other ridiculous demands are being made just cements the view of you as having a victim mentality.

I’ve not really seen the Ramos / Salah incident, but think the way you lot are bleating is hilarious.

I was defending Karius, unlike many of you on here who seem to give tacit approval to the suggestion that he’s taken a bribe. One of you is even complaining that he didn’t try to stick his arms out to save the Bale overhead. It was past him before anyone had time to move, as well as him needing 10foot arms to get anywhere near it from where he was standing.

I think the last few points prove who the morons really are.
Usual mix of reactions following a game like that - support and sympathy (thanks), good natured piss taking (fair enough) and idiots and WUMs (standard MO really).

You seem to have banged all 3 in one post!

For the record:

the Karius conspiracies are pathetic and have been rightly ignored rather than fed.

Death threats are idiotic and moronic - does it really need to be stated to keep you happy? Ok they are moronic, happens against most players who make a bad mistake in a big game, every team has its idiot supporters and we are not immune.

The Ramos challenge on Salah - who knows, Ramos has previous and the way he pulls and twists is not natural so I suspect it was deliberate (as have many on here who aren’t LFC supporters). It had a pivotal impact on the game so terribly sorry for “bleating”, you’d do the same if it had been Ramos on a key Utd player in the final.

It's just a fookin football match. No need for some of the storm that's hit him.
Agreed but for a fan who might have spent a years money on a ticket and travel, for guys who travelled through 5 countries to get to a logistical fkup of a town and for the real fans who live every second he badly let people down by not concentrating, simply not being on it for 90 minutes. That in my eyes is unforgivable however what’s worse is the management knew this but chose to “make do” again to me that’s unforgivable. BUT that’s footy life.

There's an implicit assumption there that the people sending the messages are Liverpool "fans". That's debatable on a number of levels. What's less arguable is the fact that we're looking at very poor examples of the human race.

The thing with the internet is that it gives a voice to the censoredish minority to demonstrate exactly what kind of censored they are. The hope is that the messages are traceable and are followed up on by the appropriate parties.

Remember the Beckham aftermath? People were burning effigies censored

censored are everywhere, social media et al just makes them more visible.

Something happened and he went down. The cameras had switched away and there wasn't a replay but I think the ref. spoke to him.

Only Karius knows what he was thinking when we tried to underarm the ball out in front of Benzema and whether there was a link. He was clearly badly affected by the first mistake which would make further errors more probable.

I think the BBC stated he made more mistakes in that one game than he had in total in the previous 32. The odd thing about that is that there was zero pressure on the first one.

Regardless, the game was over when Mo went off.

Dearie me... I was talking about the Karius conspiracy theory and talking about those posts being the ones too stupid to respond to. If you have comprehension difficulties, perhaps flag that up so we can word responses in simpler terms to avoid confusion.

I'd love to post but I'm not a 'real fan' because I don't go to games.

Don't tar us all with the sane brush though please.
