Your concern for the mental well being of our keeper is touching. Anyone would think you would prefer us to keep him as our first choice.
I just think it's been handled badly by the club

fking him off out the door?? have I missed something, if Karius goes its because we have signed a new better keeper -- if he is not prepared to try prove he is better then his loss
You've bought a new keeper and your manager has clearly said he is going to be No 1, it couldn't be a clearer message to LK if he tattooed fk OFF on his facem3sye said:

LFC were linked with Allison before the Cup Final - it was in the press in January (and possibly before).
Don't ever compare these players to people having "normal" jobs. These are very highly paid professional athletes and they're paid to be the best at what they do, ultimately. That's a high pressure environment and they all know there's no sentiment in their employment - despite what the PR people design next to tug on people's emotions and loyalty.
The best, swim; anyone who can't cut it, sinks.

Agreed. And for those that are learning to swim, you should sit on the sidelines and not be bloody first choice until you have proved yourself working super hard in training (without being asked) and showing you have eliminated the old mistakes. Not repeat them again and again in the first team.

So because you bought Sanchez did you stick a fk off on the door to Rashford or Martial
Football is all about squads and competition - if he cant cope with that then he needs to go
I understand the concept of a squad and competition. In the Sanchez instance I don't recall Jose saying Martial was our number one winger, to then only bring in Sanchez and now declare him the No 1 wingerFootball is all about squads and competition - if he cant cope with that then he needs to go
Which is was Klopp has done with his comments
You can't/won't see it thats fine

And those who do swim reap rewards the 99.99% can only dream of. What sympathy I have is limited to say the least. The best, swim; anyone who can't cut it, sinks.

We just bought a keeper for £56M upfront, it is blindingly obvious to even the WUMs on here he will go straight on as #1. Klopp is just stating the bleeding obvious to all the team, which is arguably better than dodging the question or claiming (dishonestly) that Karius has a chance of starting as #1.Your mock indignation just comes across like sour grapes that a competitor succesfully fixed a major problem.
Lovren is in for an interesting season. Self proclaiming you're one of the best defenders in the world is going to go down well the first time he makes a mistake.
Not to mention the abuse he'll get from opposing fans.
IMO he's comfortably the weakest link in our strongest 11. Hopefully Gomez matures this season and can cement a place next to VVD.

Let's be honest - the concept of team and loyalty in professional football is fantasy.
As soon as someone better becomes available at a price that a manager can afford they are in and A N Other is gone.
Isnr that the whole point of transfers As soon as someone better becomes available at a price that a manager can afford they are in and A N Other is gone.
You buyto improve, if the player they are replacing cant step up thats their problem
Hardly hanging out a player
Its just a simple case of doing what all clubs do
See city gk situation

FFS I give upI was one of the most vocal on here about how good I think Allison is when you signed him, Desolate even checked I wasn't on a WUM
I have (and still do) think that your club routinely leaks stuff to the press and makes statements when they would be better off shutting up, you'll get fk all for Karius if he goes now and certainly a lot less than if the club hadn't pissed around all summer trying to save their own embarrassment at losing the final by focusing all the attention on him
You have fixed a major problem yes, well done, that is entirely seperate to my opinion that the club has treated Karius badly. it is however my opinion and one you are welcome to disagree with, without trying to suggest I have soure grapes about you signing a keeper FFS, have you seen our keeper? Why would I give a fk about Allison barring saying well done on signing him (which I did)
