That's not what Simon Jordan called him in the week .

He called him a Turgid little weasel & the one time Kop darling Charlie Adam was less than polite about him too.

Cheap as chips though.

I think the biggest unknown with us is going to be whether Buvac's absence is going to affect us at all.
Buvac's absence is indeed a shame. Given Klopp has given much credit to him in the past for his own success (such as it is), I keep being reminded of Rafa when Pako left. Happy to be wrong though.

Weird lack of confidence from you guys. You’re usually well on the way to winning the league by now, even when your team is terrible.

In seriousness, I think this season will be much closer and that there could be 3-4 team challenging all the way. Gotta be good for football and the PL.

Klopp: "Jose can say what he wants. I am not too much interested in Man United. We have to deliver football that our people like."
good riposte, especially the unspoken "not the turgid st he serves up despite the talent he has available"

He used to be great copy, but think people are caring less for the Jose "look at me" controversial comments

I am confident we'll have a good season.
I still think city are too far ahead and to be honest I am only interested in the league.

Really don't care about the FA or league cup.
Even winning the CL as great as that would be (and was in 2005) isn't up there with the league for me.

What I would say is that Klopp has really rekindled my interest in the game and I genuinely enjoy watching us play and have great anticipation for the games.

I probably haven't been able to say that for 20 odd years apart from a few months under Rodgers.

Completely agree with this. All about the league for me too; CL is a bonus. Klopp has definitely created the anticipation again - I remember winning the league in 1990 like it was yesterday - couldn't wait until the next game. The CL was a bit like that last season and definitely the Rodgers run-in.

Yeah this grey kit is a bit weird. Still a lot better than the luminous yellow highlighter they had last year. That hurt the eyes.

Current one reminds me of this one....
