Interesting choice for doing what sounds like some pretty extensive modification work!

What's the stock bhp/torque and what are you aiming for?

Quaife LSD is a nice touch, surely essential for the presumed torrent of torque?

Thanks buddy, stock she was running 168bhp & 295 lbft torque.

A recent dyno at RS Tuning, she ran 287bhp & 495 lbft on the ramping map.
Oh 100 percent, it spins as it stands now just not as bad as if it had no LSD haha!

Unfortunately with Diesels the torque dies down after 4k frown

Saw your last thread glad you have posted again. Proper modded cars, not just remaps really interest me. A lot don't understand yes you can buy the next model up but the Modi g journey is half the fun.

Any further plans.

Thank you mate, i mean in an ideal scenario you could defiantly buy the next model up - But like you say it takes the fun out of the build, and plus it shows what the car can handle the best way to get to more out of her.

So far as she stands i'm really happy with how she is performing!
The only future mods will be to reduce intake temperatures, something i need to look into abit more - Along with a run at Santa Pod an option next month at some point to see how she fairs...

Healthy figures indeed. I reckon a 14 dead is doable at Pod?

Not that it's your priority but I wonder if it's better on fuel than the model up i.e. the 6 cylinder diesel.

I haven't really considered a set time, but i would like to think a 14 dead or just under would be good progress.
The problem will be getting a good start i feel..

To be honest i dont think it is too bad on fuel, on a run to my girlfriends house i average 50mpg if i stay at 65-70 mph.
When you boot it then it drops to like 23-27mpg!

I'd love to see more on the turbo installation - got any details/photos on that?

When I got to this though - ?? quick release wheel nuts - haven't you got a buzz gun for that?

I like it, nice to see something a bit different. Only negative is the Nankang ditchfinders, a set of PS4Ss would probably transform it.

Nice spec! Must go well with all the torque?

Have you timed a 60-90 yet?

Thanks man! To be fair the Nankangs are pretty good in the dry, with the LSD its not bad but still spins up to the 3rd gear if you do not catch it right.
I have heard good things about PS4's and for the money they seen very good especially for track

100 percent buddy the torque more than compensates for the BHP, you can really feel it when pushing on.

I have not yet done a 60-90 mph test, for 0-100mph i would say around the 12 second mark, maybe just under depending on traction..

PS4’s are excellent, had these on the Saab before it went bang! TONS of grip smile Made a hell of a difference especially with the Quaife smile

I think the newer PS4S are better by couldn’t get these in my size
