Im in if youll have me.
Welcome.Although I think I’ve reached my Scouser tolerance threshold now.
Dont worry we only have violent agreement fights in our own thread
Please acclimatise yourself with the rules its very important. Especially How and When to post.
GloverMart: as we have 20 entrants why don’t you get your kids to sign up and put a request on this thread to be 1st reserves. I’m sure somebody will drop out but in order not to show any favouritism I’ll have to give priority to PH members who post a request onto this thread.
If thats your kids then my need for impartiality is satisfied and your sprogs are next in the queue. Just a thought.

This Friday?
Are we forecastling a week early then, Gadge?
Thanks for pointing out my error, I'm especially fond of people who do that, even more so if there's an audience. Are we forecastling a week early then, Gadge?
Anyway, I got quite carried away with it all having done some work on updating the spreadsheet this morning.
It's Friday 10th August at 6pm please gentlemen.
As you were.
As it’s week 1 I’ll be flexible for Mattyn1 but there must be no ‘-‘ between the Home and away forecast goals Mattyn1. One space is required instead like in this example:
1 3
Thats 1 [space] 3
The spreadsheet can’t cope with dashes but looks for the space. I cut and paste from this thread directly into the spreadsheet.

Although many years ago we all ridiculed a West Ham fan who predicted a 3-0 away win at Spurs.... and he got it spot on
I was going to suggest that might have been Brabu Smog but then you mentioned he got it spot on... Must have been Hammer 67 then.
After 3 years on here I wouldn’t trust Brabus to correctly predict that Wednesday will follow Tuesday.
Until we get some sense of form the opening weeks are all a bit of a lottery.

Am seriously considering stick a $2 bet on every one of my correct score guesses throughout this season just to see how much of $760 i can waste...
Most correct scores pay about $7 each on average for a realistic guess so would need at least an average of 2 a week to be right to make a profit.
Thoughts?
2 correct scores out of 10 games every week? Most correct scores pay about $7 each on average for a realistic guess so would need at least an average of 2 a week to be right to make a profit.
Thoughts?
Not do-able I’m afraid.
