I'm happy with that. Didn't realise how well Dortmund were doing in the Bundesliga.

Are we not at home first leg? As soon as it’s confirmed I’m booking it.

Bayern, should be good. Away 2nd leg tho.
Good draw - get the business done in the first leg, don't concede...

Pretty good draw against Munich and one that I fancy us to progress in.

I'm sure Man City are happy with their draw. No doubt you've already gone on their topic to lick some arses congratulate them.

I was in Germany for most of the group stages of the World Cup, it was great, despite their abject performance. Lots of family friendly banter, I'd say there's atleast as many women as men in the beer halls.

Football (in general) over is so much nicer to support and be a part of. And more than once I've timed my run back from Paderborn and hit Dortmund half an hour before kick-off so I know they have some hard-core fans too.

Anyway, it will be a great away day regardless, let's hope we have enough to see them off.

What’s with the bitterness ?

I haven’t yet but I will do soon , They are realistically the only team on our little island that could actually win it.

Makes all the difference winning the group doesn’t it

Was just gonna say this, the City thread is pretty much dead so no point writing anything there.

On the current form of the opposition, it looks like you've got an easier first game but then you did have the rub of the green a bit last year too. Apart from City who to be fair you did very well against, you had an easier route to the final then most, let's see if your luck holds out again this year.

Is the draw set now or is there a draw every round?

Who was everyones MOM last night -

Fabinho for me was class - he is just getting better and better

Keita had a very good 55/60 then seemed to die , Wijnaldum also very impressive

Our front 3 caused them so many problems coming short, running into space behind and obvs Shaq / Robertson were class

Fabinho ran the show yesterday, I’ve said it all along that he is going to be a massive player for us.
Keita took a knock, which may explain his form, Gini has been immense recently.

The front three are over elaborating things at the minute, still think we’ll be ok if they hit a purple patch.

I thought Fabinho was probably our MoM.

Maybe Robertson but he gets marked down a bit for some average crossing/corners.

Overall, I thought everyone was decent - Alisson howler apart.

Great to see Fab coming good, those doing the signings seem to be on a roll. Also on Winji, I have great time for him. Anyone see the video of his kid singing YNWA yesterday before the match. Gave it socks !!!
