Has Sye hacked your account?! You seem to just be completely making stuff up, given the poll shows almost 2x the number of neutrals want us to win compared to you, and more neutrals want us to win that City. Spurs are the new Liverpool these days - cocky fans that no one wants winning the league, hehe

I think you'll find that all that chart shows you is that overall many more 'Neutrals' don't want you to win the title than do. wink

For what it's worth I'd obviously prefer us to win it but that's quite a long shot so out of City and Liverpool it has to be you lot as I actually like Klopp, the team and the way they are going about things, it's just a lot of the fans I can't stand. tongue out

How many Liverpool fans do you know personally? smile

I'm friends with a couple of spurs fans from my time in London, and to be fair they are just as fking annoying as you lot are on here laugh

But at least they'll invite me back down south to join in their celebrations if you win, so I suppose I'll have to go for you lot over city too.

My old man is one for a start, he's OK I suppose plus he was actually around when Liverpool used to be good too. smile

He likes the new team but thinks they aren't a patch on the original.

Most of my other Liverpool fans are OK to be fair although funnily enough they do all seem to share a couple of traits that seem to be common to all Liverpool fans. I won't mention them though in case I set off another snow storm. smile

Who gives a fk about neutrals. Couldn't give a st.

Who gives a fk about net spend. Almost no winners of the PL for the last 15 years that's who. Couldn't give a st.

Not sure why this thread has turned into the justification thread.

Every other team in the UK would want to be in our position and as a Liverpool fan haven't been a le to say that for a while. Happy days.

Because we get inundated with Spurs WUMs making fictitious claims and bks statements.
And rebuttal and justification is more polite than the "Oh do fk off" we are all thinking.
I might just resort to the latter going forward.

I’m not bothered.
A thinner squad, out of 2 cups and beaten away and drawn at home against our main rivals?
No,I like it better where we are, ready to pounce smile

Whereas we've played our biggest rival home and away, our next biggest rival away, and we're still 4 points clear at the top.

I'd like to think I WUM less than most, just enjoy joining in the footie discussions with the occasional bit of banter thrown in. wink

WUMs are pretty much prevalent across all footie threads though, we have more than our fair share too, it just seems to be the way on here so I wouldn't take it personally. Some people do seem to let it get to them though which I do find rather hilarious, it's only a crappy football thread on the internet FFS. biggrin

Well done for beating us last week, and you should've really won at anfield too if it wasn't for Mahrez ballooning that pen into orbit.

I don't doubt that you're still favourites, I expect you to be confident, but you have lost three times already in the league so I think you might need to strengthen that squad of yours as you still have some very tough games in second half of the season.

Plus you won't be able to bully teams in the CL like you did with Rotherham & Burton. biggrin

If Liverpool do win it at least we will be able to remind them neutrals n all that they had spent £200m in the process & remind them also that basically they are just like City & Chelsea at buying success .

If you want me I’ll be in the MOD underground bunker close to Whitehall

I agree 100% it's people having a laugh on the net at the end of the day.

As long as we beat Brighton we've got a win/win this weekend with you playing utd laugh

(You better win though!)

And at least we'll be able to say we've bought some success, unlike Spurs who haven't even tried. smile

Yep. Anyone but Liverpool.

BTW - Looks like Mane didn't get a ban for violent conduct. As long as other refs let off players for strangling opponents that's fine.
