You can see why people say no, he refused to play for us, basically like your bird cheating on you with another guy, him getting sick of her then wanting her back hehe

As klopp said to him go there you will just be another player, stay here you could be a legend.

His loss

Spurs "title challenge" falling apart laugh. If they can't beat some over-achieving mid-table team, they don't deserve to win the league.

We've won 8 of the 21 of 30 games we've won this season by 1 goal.
So atleast 16 points that were anything but comfortable.

In a season where it looks certain to go down to the last couple of games it's going to get a bit twitchy.

It is interesting you say anything but comfortable, as even though there have been quite a few 1 goal victories, I don't think I have been this calm watching us in a very, very time. I genuinely don't get worried.

The whole hiding behind the old sofa - never felt the need to this season.

If Salah was playing for Spurs today, they would have won 3-1.He wouldn't have kept kicking the ball straight at De Dea.

You are in a precarious position, top of the league but with City and Spurs breathing down your necks you can't really afford to drop points.
Certainly less precarious today!

True. Ironic that Man Utd free the way for a Liverpool/City title battle.

I was never supposed to be anything other than 1 horse race. Whatever happens to the end of the season Klopp has pulled us a long way forward this year for us to even be in a race.

Does anyone remember where the post about them being closer to United if they lost and we won is, which had the reply saying they'd be within a few points of us if they won and we lost? hehe

Bang on this is, City were supposed to fk off into the distance so to still be in it and actually leading is great!

It was for about 3 days. Then they bottled it. Again.

Good result for us.

Now if Wolves could oblige tomorrow that would be great.

A lot of the pundits were saying if we could knock 10 points off their advantage it would be progress.

I'm a pessimist but even I reckon we've done more than that.

We would still be behind city now if they had last year's results right?

We've improved massively but they have also dropped a little. Tbh keeping that level for 2 seasons would be astounding. We all knew we'd close the gap actually being in front is a welcome surprise.

I don't hold out much hope for Wolves tomorrow. City with Fernandinho are demonstrably nigh on unbeatable.
