Funnily enough it was the Palace game that cost us the title that year IMHO, Not Stevies Slip.
(Hence why I am nervous about this weekend.)
Nah, it was the Chelsea game that lost us thew title... Palace game was irrelevant as even if we won every game, we still needed City to drop points.(Hence why I am nervous about this weekend.)

Palace are definitely one of those possible banana skin teams but you are at home so shouldn't be too much of an issue really. An away fixture would definitely be more nerve racking.
We're not falling for that schtick. The 2nd most valuable Full Back in the world is about to sign a 5 yr contract #weejock

Shouldn't be worried about this anymore.

The really cool fact in that article (to me) was this:
"Most importantly, when fit, Liverpool’s first choice back four is young enough to stay together for the long-term. Robertson, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Gomez are still in their early 20s. At 27, Virgil van Dijk appears a senior figure in comparison. The meanest defence in this season’s Premier League will be alongside each other for at least the next five years and most likely beyond, fitness and form permitting."
Alisson behind them is only 26. The future could be very bright.

Sturridge off in the summer
Don't think many will shed a tear for him or Moreno leaving. We will definitely need a new LB and 2 forwards in the summer - here is a random thought - could Harry Wilson be converted to play at LB? Has the pace, energy and crossing ability - potentially a useful backup to Robertson. Thoughts? Brewster will probably replace one of Origi or Sturridge - probably will also need to sign a top quality forward to challenge Firmino/Salah.

I think we 'lack' someone who has the confidence to shoot consistently 20/25 yards out like Coutinho did, so he could add another dimension there when our front 3 aren't clicking.

Have you seen him play this season? I'm not saying he doesn't put the work in, but he rarely gets back and defends. Would be like having another Moreno there. I get that our full backs like to get forward, but I don't really understand why would you want to have such a creative, forward thinking player shoehorned at left left back, especially considering how dangerous he is around the edge of the box. Surely he would be better off as an alternative to Shaqiri?

Totally agree - like converting shaquiri to a LB I think we 'lack' someone who has the confidence to shoot consistently 20/25 yards out like Coutinho did, so he could add another dimension there when our front 3 aren't clicking.

Isn't Klopp a coach?
Was Henry a winger before he was a striker?
Did Camacho play as a striker the other day?
Could it be an opportunity for him to get 1st team exposure?
Did Fabinho play RB before playing as a midfielder. Last time I checked, he played in central defence.
Free up funds for other positions?
It isn't rocket science. My initial opinion was simply he could with the right coaching take a position in the 1st team squad to cover an area where we will be missing a player in a few months times. Not to say he needs to stay there all his life.
