You'd struggle to tell me 5 jokes about crime in London without looking them up, I probably know at least 10 about Liverpool\Scousers just off the top of my head and that's only the ones I remember. I watched a Liverpudlian comedian at a Comedy club a few months ago and half of his routine was about how bad crime in Liverpool was and he lives there. In terms of reputation they really don't compare.Guvernator said:

Oh so we are comparing 'jokes' not actual real life, with youBlack can man said:
I’m sure he has a very sophisticated security system installed in his house but the kind of bandits that do these higher profile burglaries are always one stop ahead sadly . More worrying for me would be the fact that someone or probably more than one person has been following & watching his recent movements.
fking scary stuff but I guess this thing goes with the rewards of being a pro footballer .
Or they had established that he would have be out at the time. How could they possibly know?fking scary stuff but I guess this thing goes with the rewards of being a pro footballer .

We win at home 2-1
We go to them and are losing 1-0 So 2-2 on agg - they go through with AG rule. So we've needed to score two goals but still go out.
We score 1 goal and we go through. 3-2. But needed 3 goals scoring.
However they win 2-1 we have to go to penalties & E/T Needed to score 3 times just to get to E/T & pens.
Alternately we draw at home 0-0 and go to them
Losing 1-0 - we only need to score once to go through.
Drawing 0-0 we score one goal and we go through. Only needed to score once.
We draw 2-2 - we go through - only needed to score twice.
So like for like we need to score one goal less overall with a 0-0 draw at home.
Not 100% convinced myself..... but maybe you can see the point?
Had to laugh at Liverpool fan Alan on talkSport, who sounded like he was in his 60s, but all these years hasn't understood the away goal rule. We go to them and are losing 1-0 So 2-2 on agg - they go through with AG rule. So we've needed to score two goals but still go out.

"0-0 is a good result, away goals count double, so if we score, they have to get 2" (all good so far)
"and if we can score twice, they have to score 4"
Presenter: "err...3, if you score twice, they have to score 3, not 4"
Scouser " errr..no, away goals count double"
Presenter "so you're saying, if you can score 3, they need 6?"
Scouser "errrrrrrr"
Studio ......gales of laughter
This bloke must've watched Liverpool thru the glory days in Europe, but just didn't get it.

They'd have been watching no doubt about it , these are not opportunistic burgers, they know what they are doing. I’m not having that they didn’t know the house was occupied, they’ve done their homework. It’s bloody sad but that’s the way it is . 1-3 us. Personally, despite being in good form I just don't rate Pogba, think he's had a about 20 touches in total when he's played us. I like to think we have the defenders to deal with their attackers.
I think it'll come down to how clinical we can be and DDG. They can't do any worse than the last time played them that's for sure. At the same time it could also be a nullifying bore draw.

Hopefully - though imagine Sanchez nicking a winner after we completely dominate the game. I mean that would be daylight robbery.Fascinating game as I do believe if you win at OT you will win the league ,it would be such a huge psychological boost ,on the other hand if you don’t win city will have a huge edge in terms of mentality .

Calm down (calm down),It is a stty thing to happen, happened at my old house which was amongst one of the reasons why I moved. Like I said every major City has crime issues, only one city seems to be proud of it though.
Remind me again which part of the country kicked off riots because the local darling/drug dealer got shot?

I've never heard a Scouser be proud of the crime levels in Liverpool?I've heard everyone else make the joke and sometimes it raises a smile, like when everyone says Utd fans are from Surrey etc
Old, slightly crap jokes that are sometimes amusing
Bit different to be apparently rejoicing (not neccesarily you) in someone getting burgled because you don't like the team they play for
Jurgen fined £45k for his comments at the West Ham match.
