Sound like it matters to you too...but for different reasons.

Fair play you got lucky last night.

Hey ho. We all move on.
You seem to be finding it difficult to do so.

Don't ride him too hard, it's looking increasingly likely that he's going to have to take on the double humiliation of being the last team to lose at the Old WHL and the first team to lose at the New WHL.

The highlights, watched the second half of the dippers match hoping they'd get knocked out too. st night for football last night.

I saw Barca's B team play against you and Coutinho hit the post twice.

But don't let that get in the way of a great story. You got through that's all that matters.....to you.
This is like watching a patient at a secure unit escaping and running amok in the local area........let the man with the net know we've found him.

Serious question - do you think it will be played at New WHL as I'm thinking of applying for tickets? If it's Wembley I'm not bothered but I quite fancy having a gawp around your fancy new stadium.

Need to get as many games in as possible before the Saudi's take us over.

CL Final 1998, by rights and on the rest of the game the result went the wrong way......still, that's football.
'99. Magnificent. cloud9

I think a bit of realism wouldn't go amiss here though with both Spurs and Liverpool fans. The hype has gone into overdrive.

We're all in the hat for the next round (well you're not but you know what I mean). Knockout now no excuses.

Spurs will want a big name but one they're guaranteed to beat so yes, probably United.

I've said yesterday it was a great result for you, and it was.

You'll find that the big 6 will turn into the big 5, or big 8, depending on where utd are in the table, sky refuse to have their darlings out of the picture.

Personally speaking as a Liverpool fan i've not got a problem with spurs at all. If you lot being excellent makes us strive to improve further then i'm happy.

City fans will dumb it down as they know they'd struggle to get that result in Barca.

Utd fans are insanely jealous of your manager and recent improvement, and what tournament are Arsenal and Chelsea in again?
What’s not to like about us ?

Thanks for your he kind words sir .

You are a Liverpool fan aren’t you ?

Just checking biggrin
What's not to like?

Well firstly that God awful song, and secondly the fans, I was unlucky enough to make friends with a few insufferable blokes back in the day when i lived in London, they were even nice enough to come back up north for my wedding. I sent straight back them home after tho smile

The only thing lucky about spurs last night was the psv/inter result.

We know no more than you on this matter. It's all a guessing game.

I don't think the Utd game is looking likely now is it? They have to conduct two safety tests which they were planning to do over Christmas but the emergency services can't provide the cover over the festive period so I thought the first game was going to be pushed to Feb now.

It's nothing more than a rumour at the moment. The club is not going to make the mistake again of announcing an opening date without having absolute confidence that the safety systems are signed off.

We were promised an update "in early December" and there have been some pictures circulating of the control room showing wall boards with post it notes for a test event on 30th December so hopefully there will be an announcement soon.

Cheers. As an aside Tottenham tickets were released on manutd tickets for ST holders to apply for to go into the ballot. It showed the stadium as new WHL however the link has since been removed. So I guess that as you say it's still a bit of a guessing game and United themselves are waiting for the answer.

Funnily enough I was just reading a news story from Man Utd saying "we can't hold the ballot for away tickets yet because Spurs haven't confirmed the location of the game and haven't told us a date when they are going to confirm the location" so at least it's not just us fans in the dark.
