Sissoko best game of the season against Cardiff at home
Diers best game of the season against Spain away .
I rest my case M’lord .
Lets face it, it's like arguing which sexual disease you'd prefer to have, they are both rubbish with the very occasional game where they do pretty well (not great). Sissoko has always been rubbish, Dier used to be just above average i.e. a decent enough squad player but is now on a par with Sissoko. Diers best game of the season against Spain away .

I guess so , I’d still take both of them over the bang average Henderson.

Well with Man City coming up the following week we need to dispatch the lower-mid-table-dross without breaking stride or else the next fortnight could see us slip well behind the front pack.TEKNOPUG said:
They keep showing footage on the BBC news sports reports of the women's CL - there are literally 300 people watching Chelsea v Fiorentina at some non-league ground. I'm all for encouraging minority sports, but there are many, many other just as worthy sports which don't enjoy saturation coverage. Sports coverage in the media (certainly the press) is determined by popularity; Football, Rugby, Cricket, F1, Horse Racing, others. Yet someone at the BBC has decided that a very, very minority sport should be pushed and pushed and pushed. Obviously ticks a lot of diversity boxes. The reality though appears that even with so much media support, the public still aren't buying it - literally.
I am pretty sure it's being used as a tool to drive more women into the premier league clubs. Women and females are pretty under represented when it comes to spend within football. There is no doubt that women's football encourages an element of engagement within girls so by having the "women's franchise" the clubs are encouraging more female spend within their club franchise and the gate money is a tiny fraction of that.

Both Dier and Henderson are holding midfielders. Break up play, recycle possession and give it to a creative midfielder. The problem is that England don't have any creative midfielders like De Bruyne or Eriksen. That was most apparent during the WC when Henderson was the creative player. Then he looks very average (as would Dier playing the same role).
