Sigh. That's right - the Liverpool and Spurs sides that have never won anything are amazing, yet a World Cup winning midfielder is terrible. Beyond parody.
What you talking about ? I said I’d want him at Spurs . Great player IMHO
And I said I'd have him at Liverpool.

But don't worry about reading the posts Ord laugh

Pogba is being held back by Jose, anyone can see that.

You and me both, I'm getting increasingly bored of all this.

We all have our favourites and we're all right, all of the time, all of us.

I just hope we can put a run together of wins, not draws and the players start enjoying their football a bit more. Hopefully a good run in the ECL will give all United fans something to smile about.

Is there any rumors on potential targets in the Jan transfer window? I know we are always linked with every man and his dog, but any one on the radar?

It will be interesting if Jose will be given any money in the window.

Jim White says Toby A is back on the shopping list - but will be go?

If Sye’s link yesterday is true, I’d prefer Koulibali please. Younger, seems better (although untried in the prem) and probably not much more money until TA’s £25m clause kicks in.

I'd probably agree - my son goes on about Koulibaly so that's a good pointer.

Both you and arsenal were rubbish and a draw was about right.
Defending was poor but neither Arsenal or Manchester United were rubbish. Manchester United played well compared to recent weeks beforehand and Arsenal gave a good account of themselves and a vast improvement from the days of AW days when I can safely say we would of lost that game.
I think both teams improved with lack of prima donnas starting, ie Ozil, Pogba and Sanchez.

Same point I've been trying to make. Some on here determined to ruin a decent discussion thread hence keeping clear at times, just can't be arsed responding most of the time. Same old crap after a loss, same boring nonsense after a win. Nothing much gonna change this season or next, whether Jose stays or not it's a long rebuilding job.

Garner and greenwood have travelled with the first team to Valencia ,would love to see them get a run out although it’s unlikely.

Time to rest a few given all the injuries we are carrying and the bigger game on Sunday. Liverpool have a days more rest and no travel, it would make sense to rest most of Saturday's winning team and let some others out. We ain't gonna win the CL this season, it matters not if we go thro top or second tbh.

Agreed.

No point trying to get a "favourable draw". We could lose to or beat anyone, so it is highly unlikely to matter what draw we get.

I'd like us to go strong and play to get a win.

We need momentum.

Doesn't seem to be an option for us. We play really well in one game and then go back to utter ste in the next. I cannot see that changing until Mou moves on.

Where's your (internet) fight man? biggrin

Don't lower yourself to agreeing with all the naysayers. We're United, believe.

We need a strong performance against Valencia. Confidence is low, Fulham was good, the players need a good performance to put is in a positive mood for the game on Sunday.

The side does not really show much fight. The players will come out scrapping when backed against the wall, but that isn't true fight. True fight is going out against every side, good, bad or indifferent and playing hard from the first minute. Smash the bad sides 3-0, 4-0, 5-0 and do your best against the others. That is not this Man U side. They always try to do the minimum - scraping a 1-0 and cruising wherever possible.

Why should ORD get excited - a dead rubber against Valencia which you might win, might not, followed by what could possibly be a massive fingerblasting by Liverpool at the weekend. It'll be a lean Xmas in the secure unit, leeeeaaaann I tell you.
