CM? Who you thinking can improve what's already there that's available?

Dalot seems to be future RB, totally agree on CB, could buy three! Lindelof needs more time but starting to look good, Bailly, jury out, Jones is just, well, Jones (our family had a side bet on him giving a pen or og away today) and Smalling as cover.
Herrera can be improved on easy, tbh so can matic if you want to play this new mobile style of football.
Dalot is not a title winning RB

Depends what you want 4th or 1st

Bailly or Lindelof would be "good enough" next to a world class CB.

If someone had said a few weeks back Ole was going to win his first six games in charge I'd have thought they should have been sectioned smile

Just sat savouring the moment...

Anyone know where old mikey74 is being treated for shock, might send him some flowers, he's been absent for ages, think his ticker can't take all this topsy turveyness.

Great spirit, we aren't the best by a long way but teamwork and fight are back. What a season of 2 halves hopefully. Keep the team broadly as it is and keep it up OGS , you may well get another season or two yet.
Scousers and us learned that there’s no divine right to keep winning stuff. He may well want to learn that lesson. He’s not the only troll that’s gone AWOL recently.
Anyone heard from Delta as well? Seems to disappeared for a while.
Is that me ?

Ole def. got the joy back at United, besides he's a more than decent, down to earth person.

Says a lot about the bus parking One as well by the way, Three clubs in a row now where the players threw him under the bus.

Pretty special.

Speaking about special; Rashford and Dave the save keep being amazing players.

Loving Ole, am not hugely swayed either way on him or anyone else getting the job at the moment

Jose was a big problem but not the only one. The club seem to accept this with talk of a DoF a club ethos etc

We need to remove some of the football stuff from Woodward, sort the scouting and as long as any manager who comes in is told what is expected in terms of the club then it should be a lot better whoever is in charge in future

1st time I've seen this so not sure how old it is or if there was more said But what he is saying here is a massive ultimatum to Levy for me

Utd don't need Poch, the need a decent back 4 and a cm with legs.

They've got pretty much everything else in place, unfortunately.

They have won 6 games with a manager totally untested, they could have easily lost tosay too.

You would not choose OLGS ahead of Poch if he was willing to go.

Poch would be fantastic at United. He has to be the man.

I'd say at this point we should not be choosing anyone.

Everyone knows that the Utd job is available at the end of the season - including Poch & anybody that wants it will ensure that he's available to take it so there is no hurry.

We should wait to see what happens over the rest of the season & then we can take a view as to whether OGS can cut it or not. If he can & the results are good then he probably gets the job IMO. Its way to early to see that yet though.

I also think we will not get Poch in any event - Levy will not let him to to Utd. Spurs supporters think he is the "second coming", they'll go mental if Poch leaves for OT

BTW did anyone else hear some bloke by the name of "Brandy" on R5L after the game talking to Sutton & co? Die-hard Spud & incensed by the result & the idea that Poch/Kane /Ali etc might leave so they could win something elsewhere. It was hilarious stuff biggrin

I heard that Brandy fella-I thought he was going to loose control when Chris Sutton asked him if he thought spurs would finish above United!!!!

Hey folks, I'm back in the UK for the United Arsenal cup game, was hoping to cheer my Mum up with a couple of tickets for the away end. Before I buy them on one of the stub hub type websites, does anyone know of a couple they want to sell? Was much easier to get this stuff working out of Sale but that was a few years back!

What a turnaround. Getting into the top 4 doesn't seem unrealistic now when it was before.

I'm still not sure Utd shouldn't be going out and getting a proven top manager. More wins might change that.

You all seem to have missed the most important thing this weekend. Safety has been achieved as you’ve broken the 40 point barrier, so relegation worries are over for another year.

If you send me a message I can put you in touch with a guy reselling tickets who has them for the arsenal game.

But we were all hoping top 4 you see, no one ever thought relegation was possible. Fell a bit flat that one have you any others :-)

Woke up this morning feeling fine biggrin

Whilst OGS is getting a lot of credit I think equally the best thing out of this is Mike Phelan. He will be doing just a bigger job as Ole is and bringing back the United we all want to see.

Was great to see the lads turn up in suits before the game too, how it should be.
