BBC article quotes Mourinhio as saying that he still belongs at the top level.

Can't see it myself. His reputation is tarnished.
You've seen his record, right?

He'll be at a CL club as soon as he's ready to come back into management.

Surely not in Spain, England or Germany though? Italy at a stretch.

This...he's run out of places to go unless some bazillionnaire buys something like Charlton Athletic & hauls him in.

Could easily see him at PSG as soon as they sack their current manager.

PSG ?

Make the same mistake United and Real made ?

Pretending, make belief wishfull thinking, 10 man behind the ball football ?

Park the bus with more than a couple of decent players ?

No, that's a bit of a stretch. Even for people with a towel wrapped around their head.

Slag him off by all means but don't forget he won more trophies than Klopp or Poch combined in the same time in England.
Bad as it got, he was successful. He's gone now and life's moved on. Where he ends up is anyone's guess.

And DeltonaS’ darling LVG - who of course was also even less attacking than Maureen.

I'd maybe swap Bailly for Jones but yeah looks like our strongest team, would like to see Fred and Sanchez get some minutes as well, hopefully when we are 2-0 up about 60 mins would be nice

Maybe even swap Jesse for Sanchez and see how he does

I'd like a bit of consistency across the team, I think this was the starting line up against Tottenham?

A hungry Sanchez and a recharged Bailly should get some minutes on the pitch defo. Maybe go to a back 3 in the later parts of the game and get Bailly, Jones, Linda all on together and really get Dalot/Shaw/Young up the pitch and getting behind the Brighton defence.

Agree on the consistency thing, Jones on the pitch at any time scares me, but then so does Eric smile

Actually thinking on it might be better for Sanchez to come on when we are (hopefully) in a comfortable position, I almost certain a lot of his niggling injuries are him belting around desperate to impress and make a difference. If we were in a winning position he might be able to relax a bit

Agreed on Sanchez, the lad's a trier that's for sure and probably does need to just chill a bit when he's on. He's had a couple of good assists recently since his comeback which seems not to have been commented on.

Bailly makes me laugh, literally I've no idea what he could do next. Recently both he and Rojo were on the pitch together, my lad and I were laughing our heads off watching them!

I agree though it's not conducive to a title winning defence! biggrin

I agree consistency is worth having but wonder if Matic might be given a rest with Fred or McT starting alongside Harry. He’s not getting any younger (and we’re going to need him fresh to win the CL wink )
I’d also think Dalot should be played against Brighton.

He's just had a holiday in Dubai! biggrin

Actually both his and Fred's missus have just dropped kids so maybe one or both may get a bit of paternity leave!!

Talk of McT going out on loan but Fellaini's out for a few weeks and OGS has confirmed he thinks McT may be needed as cover.

I want to go as strong as possible on Saturday playing those that have played a few games recently and are up to speed. If Arsenal do a job on Chelsea we're 3 points behind 4th.

Clean sheet would be nice today and another win to keep pressure on those above.
