It’s entirely possible that they will continue to be rubbish but there’s always the chance that at least one may find some form with a little run in the team under the new manager. It’s not ideal that we have to try it but just the way it is.
Fingers crossed!
Let's hope so, although each of them has had more than enough time to play into form, to be honest.
They’ve both got a chance now. Neither have had much game time under Ole. But they are fantastic footballers and fking expensive ones. Huge couple of games for them both. If they deliver they’ll hopefully kick on, if not they may well be finished at the level we currently only can aspire too. The pressure to deliver must be immense. I’d like to think Ole will bring the best out of them.

It’s no longer the contritional environment Jose produced. Let’s hope they deliver.

Any thoughts, predictions, musings on what looks a tough FA Cup away to Chelsea on Monday?

Personally, I think we'll prevail, just.

0-0 or we lose by one if the fast lads are still laid up.

As long as they give it a go it's fine. Not as confident we will score with lukaku and Sanchez but rest of team fit n well hopefully.

I’m worried. I cannot see many sources of goals. Reliant on Pogba to set up Rashford or score himself.

Could be another dismal journey to Chelsea. Goals could be an issue.

fk me, whats with you lot you miserable sods! We've only got Martial and Lingard out, not half the team!

He'll probably go Lukaku on the right, Sanchez on the left and Rashford in the middle. Could be a LOT worse.

If only you appreciated the anxiety down at the Bridge you'd have nothing to fear. The only team that has a goals issue is Chelsea.

We're in a different league from you lot in the lugubrious stakes.

Have you seen Lukaku and Sanchez play? I don't think any level of pessimism could be said to be unjustified. Lukaku has had about 20 good minutes all season, and Sanchez is the worst player in the PL.

Lukaku I agree isn't good enough for the way we're playing but there is a player in Sanchez, Ole will bring it out of him and get his confidence back.

I want whatever you're on :-)

I have seen literally nothing from Sanchez to suggest that he has any ability. He is living on reputation alone. If a youngster had performed like he has, he would be shipped out without a second thought.

Except we're at home which is just as well. We've scored 14 goals in 6 games since the turn of the year.

Sanchez is s good footballer & I think it’s down to poor management from United for his loss of form , Surely United have invested for too much money in him not to play him . Is it true that he doesn’t speak English ?

How did Sánchez get that reputation?

Did you see Lukaku on the right for Belgium this summer?

It’lll be a tough game but no martial or Rashford against Arsenal wasn’t a problem.

Sanchez used to be a good player. But that was a very long time ago now.

Sure - he played well for Belgium. But that is a very different side and a very different situation (international football is a lower standard than PL football, amongst other things).

Are you seriously saying that The Belgian national team plays a lower standard than the average Premier League team ?

‘So the World Cup is a lower standard of football than the premier league?

Brazil are worse than Huddersfield? I’ll have some of that juice of yours now!

All our attacking players have suffered with Jose’s tactics. Sanchez has had injury troubles since Ole has arrived and Luakau scored three in Ole’s first games but I am a glass full United fan.

Nowt wrong with different opinions though.

Digging a hole here pal.

Sanchez isn't the only player to be st under Jose. With a bit of time he will find his form again but the difference with him is that he's on a LOT of money and needs to justify it hence the criticism he's receiving.

Personally I don't think Lukaku is good enough for us and should be let go in summer. Rashford has made that position his and is only getting better, Lukaku isn't sadly.

Is Sanchez down to united ? The arsenal fans I speak to opine that he was like this for them the last season.
