Maybe the whole Dybala thing to UTD has wound him up? Was a player you were said to be interested in wasn't it?
Who knows? Spurs spend £60m on one player and suddenly, according to the rabid click-baiters, they're preparing to spend another £120m on other players. To name but a few I've seen: Bale, Lo Celso, Dybala, Ceballos, Pepe, Tierney, Sessignon, Saliba. And I haven't really been paying attention so I'm sure there are more.
Poch is just getting fed up with the same old questions at every interview. As I understand it Poch is part of the discussion on who to buy but isn't involved in the financials. With transfer costs so ridiculously high you really can't expect a clubs owners to just let managers agree transfer fees and salaries that commit the club to hundreds of millions of £££'s of expenditure when they could be gone the following season.
I doubt any manager has that amount of control in today's ridiculous marketplace.
You wouldn't want to spend 80m on him, you are buying someone you hope gets back to player he was in a league much more physical than Italy, its a gamble move for UTD
Lukaku has more chance of succeeding than dybala here, if he gets back to his form of 2/3 years ago good signing, lots of ifs, buts and maybes on that though.

So you are shocked and outraged but yet think 'the accountant' is making the right decision. You bored sye? Lukaku has more chance of succeeding than dybala here, if he gets back to his form of 2/3 years ago good signing, lots of ifs, buts and maybes on that though.

Yes no maybe.
Juve need to sell as they have spent massively over the last few years and are hugely in debt and facing a real prospect of failing FFP. So I think Spurs were interested in Dybala if they could nick him at £45m but not at £80m. Utd obviously have more money so happy to pay full price, whereas Spurs probably don't think he represents value at that price. Juve didn't accept Spurs' bid, so I'd hardly suggest that Utd have somehow stolen him.
By the sounds of it, were having a straight swap with Lukaku. I know which end of the deal I prefer Juve need to sell as they have spent massively over the last few years and are hugely in debt and facing a real prospect of failing FFP.
