Rumor with bale is that he's completely fallen out of love with football barely even trains now, just spends his time playing golf.

Also. Wages.
He's not even bothered to learn the language.

He's won 4 champions league titles , not sure what we can offer him tbh.

Yes Poch has a big job on his hands next season but he has the full support of the Man Utd board to bring silverware back to Old Trafford.

‘da banta.

Top bantz but I’d prefer OGS to Poch tbh.

Sorted that for you.

You know if the Utd players could have been bothered under Jose you could well be in the title race right now , Bloody snakes eh.

Any chance we can forget about this year's premier title bottlers and talk about Spurs for a bit?

Just read a story that Real are keen to a do deal to swap Bale+£50m for Eriksen. Just my thoughts but

Bale is still an excellent player
£50m on top is a decent wedge and we could use it to buy another decent player.
It's obvious from the last 3 games that Eriksen's heart isn't really in it anymore.

If there is any truth in that rumour I'd bite their arm off tbh.
Thanks but no. If Eriksen goes to Madrid I'd rather have the money than Bale back.

After last weeks Hilarious Titanic musical melody accompanied to trippier’s own goal clip I thought this was quite funny & keeping with the Hollywood theme too.

I'd swap Eriksen for Isco buti it looks like he'll be used in a swap deal for Salah in the Summer.

The problem with just taking the money is who do you replace Eriksen with?

Plus I wouldn't trust Levy to not just pocket the profit and not buy anyone, with a swap deal at least you get someone.

Can’t see any of the Madrid or Barca players being prepared to take such a pay cut .

I’d rather us invest in young British talent personally.

I would too but I ask the question again, who would you replace Eriksen with? Are there any young British players with even half his ability available at the moment?

Not sure I'd swap Eriksen for Bale either. No doubt Bale is still top quality, but he still suffers with the same injury issues. He's probably only got a couple of seasons left at his best and he's on mega wages.

If he comes back to the UK I imagine he'll go to Utd. If not, probably PSG.

I highly suspect there will be an Eriksen shaped hole come summer, we have to fill it with someone. If a Bale deal is at all possible he's probably one of the best options. Nearly anyone else will be a step down and we want to get better, not worse.

Fair point. I just don't want Bale back. I think we've seen the best of him.

Joking aside it's awfully quiet in here. Has anyone check if Sye, NRS, jammy, Adam, desolate, ChocolateFrog and our other resident scousers are OK or just suffering internet connection problems?

Most of the plastic Scousers I know were on social media last night making excuses and trying to console themselves as they think City have the harder run in.
