I have no idea what to expect after the Norwich game. It would be nice if we could turn up in the first half though...
Or even the second half....
They turned up eventually, about 87 mins in. Too fecking late to change anything though.

I thought Saints deserved the win, we certainly wouldn't have deserved a draw.

Old Mourinho has come back quicker than I thought, calling other coaches Idiots??
Hasn't taken him long.

Questioning Ndombele to? He has such a weird way of trying to motivate players.
I thought you guys would at least get this season done before his moody ways returned...

Chelsea fans warned us and we didnt listen, we warned the Spuddies and they didnt listen, the man is toxic, at least I get to be an amused observer this time rather than have to live it

Ndombele looks like their best midfielder to, strange way to question him in public, surely just get him in the office and have a chat with him and the physio...

What players seeing this are going to want to join him, considering his last appointments have all been the same....

GLC is only on loan till the end of the season I assume there is an option to buy but like you say he's not really shown much when he's been given chances so I'd rather we bought someone who's a first choice not a squad filler.
Ain't gonna happen of course but we can dream wobble
Reduced fee if we buy in Jan. We automatically buy if we qualify for CL.

Looks too lightweight in Prem but shone in Spain. Probably not the best situation to be adapting to the Prem in a poorly performing team.

Still clearly a general malaise running through the club. Levy won't sanction a big loss on Ndombele so Jose will have to figure that out. Aurier should simply be released. Full back should be the easiest position to play but he's clueless. Need a replacement in Jan. 5 years since Poch joined and I think we need another big cull and rebuild.

I like Aarons from Norwich and I think they would sell as they are as good as down. NcNeil from Burnley would be another good signing. Half the team look so poor individually, they can't even string 3 passes together. No real change from the start of the season. 4th is still achievable if they can find some form but can't see where it's gonna come from.

Wonder how Levy's numbers look without CL footy? Bail on GLC and there is £40m that Jose could spend straight away.

Yeah because obviously the fans have direct lines and inputs into the saying of who is appointed to what and where.

Im sure all us Spuddies were completely oblivious to the issues he had at other teams and nobody spoke about it on other threads...

Not at all - we were well aware of what was going to happen if you search back on here when he was appointed.

We'll not be buying anyone in Jan.

Lol what an idiotic post. You warned us and we didn't listen!! rofl

I think every Spurs fan was more than aware of what Jose is about but unfortunately the fans don't actually make the decisions on who gets appointed as manager, Levy and the board do.

We all knew it wasn't a long term fix, I thought it would be good for more than a few weeks though. hehe

He does have a point though , it’s not as if the Spurs fans were begging for him to come , I think most were disappointed that Mr Pochettino was sacked by the owners .

Personally I thought Poch's time was up to be honest, the downward spiral that the team was in with him the last 6 months would have been almost impossible to get out of IMO. However Jose was not the answer either and I think it was a bit of a knee jerk reaction by Levy to try to bring in a proven trophy winner. However it's a very short term view which is surprising considering Levy is usually all about the long game.

He's basically taken a big throw of the dice to try to win a trophy but in so doing has probably set us back 3 years.

I don’t think Mr Levy gives two hoots about a trophy personally , Sadly in my opinion it’s only 4th or better that he is bothered about.

Well if anything positive can come out of Kane’s hamstring injury perhaps Troy Parrot might get a look in.

The Chelsea fans that wanted him back second time around you mean ?

He”s like the gift that keeps on giving.....grim times as an Arsenal fan but seeing him destroy football clubs has been a welcome distraction over the years. Maybe Levy will be the owner/chairman that keeps him under control. Fair play if he does.

On the hand, we could be the club that breaks his record of winning a trophy everywhere he's managed. That would be the ultimate Spursy! laugh

I reckon Jose has as much to lose as you do if he fails, especially if it’s another player revolt.

His reputation will really be in shreds

I read an article about him a while ago which I thought was interesting when you look at his career. Early in his career he was the disruption with new ideas and was the coach with the proactive substitutes and tactical changes....he was the disruptor and the like of Ferguson and Wenger were the establishment. He’s now the establishment and Guardiola and Klopp are the disruptors.

I think the big thing that has changed since he first came on the scene is I don’t think you can treat players like he used to now....like he did with say Shaw at Man U....publicly berating players just doesn’t work these days.
