I value international football.

Country over club for me.

I see police have made public the camera footage of Saunders, which is nice. For someone innocent his behaviour doesn't have suggest he may be otherwise.
How he can appeal that beggars belief, he's clearly pissed.

I don't think the police revealing the video footage really helps matters though - wtf is that about?
I'd imagine there's a perception that the police were heavy handed in dealing with him because he's famous. The footage shows he was bang to rights. He can hardly come out and criticise them after that.

Potentially tough game today depending on which Burnley turn up.

We've had a week off so no excuses, I see Lawro thinks we'll get a draw.

Also, he's only done one day inside as his lawyer (it's his medication, m'lud) has got him out so it wouldn't surprise me if there's a little bit of shaming involved.

I don't see it as a tough game any more. When we had a flaky team, it used to be a tough fixture. Last season, even when we went 1-0 down I never felt we'd lose the game. We didn't hit panic stations, if anything we controlled the game and rightly came away 3-1 winners.

Dyche will try and employ his usual rough tackling tactics and long balls/crosses. But we should still have too much overall.

It's really satisfying to see them starting to go through what we went through over the last 10 years. Shame they don't have the same financial difficulties too.

Big game today. Hope Klopp goes strong and reminds the lads how Burnley kicked st out of us last season, throwing in big challenges that led to Gomes injury.

Should be far too strong.

As for United, I was worried at one point they may lose it. Don't want Ole being pushed out. He has so much more good work to do

Who was that had them finishing 3rd?

Adam? hehe

They will struggle for top 6, they need a goal and bring on Lingaard and matic, wow

So let me get this right. United have replaced two highly experienced PL forwards with a 21 year old from the Championship? How long until that lads game turns to sh!t?

Long may Ole continue at the wheel. laugh

To be fair, they've mostly focused on bringing in quality defenders. Which is obviously working out well for them.

Maguire's positioning for Palaces first last week was unreal. Anyone would think he was a double agent.

Can we ignore them till after our game?

If we do our job, away at a very difficult ground, then we can talk about other teams.

It's ok, don't think Klopp has picked any of us for the game, so it won't impact the result one bit.
