The allegation yesterday was that they signed a deal with Etihad for c.60 million.Eithad only paid c.8 million with the rest coming from a co directly owned by Mansour.
In reality football finances are beyond a joke so I can't see what difference it makes
As soon as Pep goes they'll go back to being in the mix with the other top 6. Until then the only way I can see anyone staying with them is if they go all out for Champions League but even then their squad is strong enough to compete. If they have a "normal" transfer window and sign 2 players their squad will be even better next year.

I guess posting it could be discussion. In the same way you get a bunch of posts saying well done on winning the league then some will highlight it might have been through "dodgy" methods (seems likely it has broken the rules, not just the spirit of them, if rumours are to be believed).
