To be totally honest, if I was told City would win the Premier League & nothing else at the start of the season I would’ve been over the ‘Blue Moon’.beer Personally I prioritise the Prem. over anything else. It would be great for the club to win UCL one year but I don’t think they will get past PSG. this time. rolleyes

I didn’t think City stood much of a chance this season tbh. Top 4 at best.
Luckily everybody else has been poor for long periods and we went on a good, unbelievable, winning streak

so disappointed in city this weekend. in a small way because of the chelsea result, but mostly for apparently being part of this breakaway disgrace. i have had a good think about this (stone cold sober too ), and if it happens i'm out. after nearly 4 decades of following the blues, it will end.

I don't know the full details of how they operate but the German clubs and their setup seem to value ethics and the role of their supporters a lot more.

Same here. Absolute nonsense.

Will go and watch my local non league side instead.

Looks more like a poll for just "will you attend City games?"

500 votes cast - there must be some double counting going on?

Anyone else think city will be punished with some dubious decisions when we play PSG?

I think it's less than 50/50 that you actually play in the CL again. I think it's highly likely the three ESL clubs get kicked out of the CL this week/today.

Do you really think that? I’m not sure I agree that any organisation is brave enough to do that

All the clubs I believe have already resigned from the ECA and EFA, which apparently means they cannot play in the CL next season. If that's true that surely means the ESL expects to begin this summer.

So throwing out 3 of the remaining 4 in the CL would probably cause some compensation of TV money and (more) court cases, but for me it's the logical next step for UEFA.

I think it’s highly likely any big negative decision will be claimed to part of a plot against City by some nut jobs

I’m not going to turn my back on my club but I’m very disappointed in the situation the owners along with 5 “others” have got us all into.

Do you think City's decision to join has been influenced by the treatment UEFA have dished out to us over the past few seasons?

Your club only care if you will sign a subscription to the new TV deal and if you will buy merchandise. You are a legacy fan and it will be up to you if you financially support your club or just continue to cheer the team on. If the latter, then you will not be relevant for your owner

It’s the American owners that are driving this for the money. Our owners are more about promoting Abu Dhabi than making cash. Chelsea too with Abramovich - he doesn’t seem that bothered about balancing the books. It feels more like us and Chelsea are going along with it for the prestige of playing at the top but obviously the mountains of cash will not be turned down.
