I'd normally expect a team playing their tactics to be knackered after an hour but they keep going, they're closing us down instantly and forcing errors in our passes. Maybe a few full-length hoofs from Ederson will do it

No problem, It's staggering that a team with a bottomless pit of resources, with the 'best' manager and all those 'superstars' cannot win a final over a PL rival. And that is the last piece of the jigsaw. Gutted you didn't win. My Chelski mates are going to be unbearable now.

Have to agree. As soon as I saw the line up, I knew we were losing. Sterling has been out of sorts for months (and had he not been may have put us in front in the first half) and playing Gundogan as the only holding midfield player was madness.

Suspect that was the reason why all bar one of the city lads kept them on though, probably briefed to do so following the backlash our lads deservedly got. Not to say Pep wouldn’t have the grace to accept it properly anyway - he’s not stupid.
