Maybe they think he's a flight risk.

My mates a copper and said that if they have kept him in its very serious. I suspect this has moved on from an allegation, and they have alot more evidence with potential charges due soon.

I wonder whether it's because of being a flight risk as well as him allegedly committing a further assault after being interviewed about another one.

He has also breached previous bail conditions which isn't going to help when asking for bail.

I suspect most blues are pleased. He’s a great player but he’s Utd. If he’d come to us it’d only encouraged the “using oil money to buy the title” brigade.
We all want to win the title but not at any cost. The claims of ruining football simply aren’t true. After this summers transfers you’ve got to look else where.
There’s 4 serious contenders this year and that’s got to be better for everyone surely?
Anyway, I think Ronaldos a bit of a big headed poser and I hate him.

As an adult I’m not ashamed to admit I’d have been heartbroken to see him play for City. Been buzzing all day about this, his first game back will be a memory for sure. Can’t wait.
