The way I look at it is If it is proven City have genuinely broken the rules, yes they deserve to be punished, as long as it's not just a witch hunt.

Innocent until proven guilty springs to mind....let's wait and see.

Regarding Pep, when he eventually does move on, he will be replaced by another world class manager, United have spent just as much as City the last few years, the difference is they have wasted it generally on dross.

City are arguably the best run club in the world at the current time, with sound management at board level.

i'd rather be associated with a club with no debt, academy admired across the footballing world, investment in the women' team, invested heavily in a part of the host city that really, really needed it, influenced how the game in played at every level (only liverpool fans can share in this thanks to klopp), and who need to buy silver polish by the tanker, than clubs saddled with mad debt and treated as a cash cow while the infrastructure goes to st wink
...but you cheated....and got/are going to away with it. You may have the trophies and danced on the pitch at teh send of the season. But you are the youtube boxers of the premier league....
absolutely no idea what that's supposed to mean. good that you've read every bit of evidence, digested it, and made a judgement on it though. top work, as the PL lawyers haven't even managed that yet.

fact is, in the mind of some it's just a verdict of guilty. that's without really understanding the evidence and accusations.
The basic understanding of how charges are brought to a hearing means that there IS enough evidence to necessitate a hearing, on 115 counts. The reason it is taking so long is there is so much evidence to process...
But my question would be, have YOU read, digested and processed the information that leads to your not guilty verdict? Or are you just patrol internet forums defending the Emirati Royal Family?

nope, i'm not a lawyer involved and have a life.

but innocent until proven guilty is a pretty solid standpoint, rather than the other way round like most fans (especially of red shirted teams) have decreed, and seemingly you too unless you fit into the previous category.

You seem to not let facts7basic knowledge change your standpoint or point of view.

Best of luck with that life you were telling us about,

If you’ve not seen it, the documentary about pep was on BBC One last night. Chasing perfection.

Not a major footie fan but if they start playing out any further back they'll be in Row F of the stands behind the goal.

Sweating a bit towards the end, we really didn't need a replay.

Tottenham's ground is very impressive,

was playing very low grade football last night and only got home towards half time, and fodinho put his first goal in as i turned the TV on. after that, bar an effort from toney, it was pretty one way stuff against last season's bogey side.

I don’t think there’s many who’d be betting against you now in the title race but when 0-3 up why not try and make it four and five - Brentford are never going to score three goals that late on, so this aimless tippy-tippy stuff on the half-way line means nothing. Who’s to say GD might not decide it this year?

We were never 0-3 up. At 1-3 you’ve only gotta let a silly mistake goal in and at 2-3 away from home you’re asking for an injury time equaliser.

You’re right on GD though. But there’s a long way to go yet.

Fabulous line from the commentator on R5 live, " De Bruyne shrugs off Diks".... Well I thought it was funny, I am a 63 year old child.
And we go into half time winning.

3-1 win will do very nicely.
