Pep’s not listening to me. I told him to let them out a bit.

It’s a carbon copy of the last time. Haaland missing sitters and all the possession but can’t break them down

got there in the end, despite eric ten men behind the ball moaning about refereeing, it was the right result.

Very enjoyable afternoon out watching Utd getting stuffed. It’s rare when a 3-1 defeat flatters the losing side smile
Incidentally,I saw Troy Hawke (of greeters guild fame) and he did a big bit about Jack Grealish and described him a “national treasure” because of his caring nature (despite being a bit thick!) and got a big round of applause!
Not often you see a comedy show with a big slice of City in it( and we wasn’t the butt of any jokes!)

the most uncomfortable half of watching city for a long time. fair play to the scousers, they looked absolutely 100% up for it and won challenges they had no right to win really. thank god diaz is more huckerby than fowler!

There are few teams in world football who can take you on in a positive way and Liverpool are one of them. Nice to see them not let you have possession in that second half. You gifted them the goal and that was the encouragement they needed. Great game for the neutral!

Great game and I’d say the right result. Arsenal will be very happy.

Looking at the run in, I favour City. They both have to go to Man U and Arsenal have a big derby with Spurs.

But I’m not counting any chickens……..

Real Madrid in the 1/4s of the Champions League. No easy draws really though left.

Newcastle were never in it today, will Howe survive?

I hope so, future England manager there.

I would certainly like to see him have the England job, his team plays an attractive game and are adventurous. Phil Foden and Jeremy Doku were outstanding yeasterday. Both goalkeepers had an excellent game.
