I agree with you. The thought of having Origi or Shaq in the team for 10 straight games concerns me but it's nigh on impossible to attract bench warmers of real quality.

Could Ox come in for Mane or Salah?
He can certainly play there but he won't be as effective

That's awful, let's hope he is in the clear and he makes a speedy recovery.

General Price said:
His technique striking the ball is wonderful, very similar to Gerard. It's incredible seeing his cross field passing with his weaker foot as well. He could quite easily play a more advanced role as he matures.
Lingard is still trying to hit the crossbar and he's missed his tea.

It's true. He's said it himself. When Utd approached him his wife told him it wasn't right. When we approached him, his wife said it was right.

I think I posted it a week or so back - totally true

And a reason he would never manage Madrid/Barca - if people cant understand the type of manager he is and the clubs he like to manage (set up) then they dont understand Klopp

Not going well for Phil at Bayern now either

I think I'd have him back with his tail between his legs for £50M

I wonder if Klopp would? He is massive on trust with his players, he without doubt broke any of that when he left and the mannor he left would say to me no chance

maybe he should not have fked off then , faked in jury and gone on strike - certainly not one im bothered about...
Rather us spend more on someone younger, faster, more agile than Phil - Haverts/Sancho etc

Can’t see Bayern parting with that kind of money to be honest. Maybe if they gave us £25mil.

Klopp did come out in the Summer and say Phil C wasn't an option they were considering. Can't see why he would change his mind to be honest. Unless it was down to price, and it didn't sound like it was. I think Phil burned his bridges there with the way he left.

I wouldn't have him back. If he was playing ok at Bayern then maybe.

But why would we have him back? He's 27 now, 28 next summer. Supposedly at his peak and yet struggled to find form at two different clubs.

Whereas we've become so much better as a team since he left and I'd argue that we could find someone better for his position (and wages).

You seem a bit bothered Sye smile

I was daydreaming on something that won’t happen. We miss his creativity not his attitude (at the end) but he was superb for a few years. Plus it would amuse me to buy him back at a fraction of what we got

Not at all? I just don't like spending 60quid a game and seeing a player then go on strike then wish for him to come back

There are as jammy said better options avail younger

For similar money I would imagine we could get someone like Bruno Fernandes.
