Get a run out with the young lads in the League Cup.
Everton,
2-0 up with a minute left and draw.Pickford spent 10 secs or so of the last attack standing at the back of his goal, when he saved the shot he was about a foot behind the line,It was glorious.
Ancelotti: "The players are really sad for this moment. I said to them I lost the Champions League final after winning 3-0, these things happen."Everton,

Seriously, who gives a st. You're here to talk football ,no problems, not selling kitchens from Keighley or ID from Bombay.

I can only assume it's an attempt to deflect from the behaviour of their players.
Good article here. Some pretty astonishing facts and figures in it. Especially the Maguire comparison

While the facts are there, it’s a pretty childish “100 reasons why we are the best team ever” that kids could write at school these days.https://www.thisisanfield.com/2020/01/liverpool-fc...
Klavan was never a failure...he was bought as cover at a time when we were far from world beaters and did that job well. He said himself he wasn’t expecting to play every week. Keita is hardly a failure...he’s only been hampered by needing time to learn how we play and several injuries. When he’s played recently he’s looked impressive. He would probably still be if not injured again. Karius on the other hand was moved on far later than he should have been and played in the first team far FAR too often.
Too much silly points scoring. Comparing Solskjaer with Klopp is pointless. Utd fans might well have crowed for a long while but as yet, until we actually win stuff regularly, arguing we’re the greatest team ever, now, is very silly.
Extraordinary run of results yes, the greatest run of results perhaps- but it’s trophies that matter.
Well of course it's a bit biased. It says so at the start. An unapologetic look... It's a Liverpool website after all.
Was definitely harsh on Klavan. I liked the guy. A cult figure IMO. Loved the story about him thinking it was a wind up by a friend when Klopp called him about joining us.
It didn't say Keita is a failure. Just says he's yet to realise his (high) potential due to injury setbacks. That's fair comment IMO.
I posted it because there's some pretty amazing stats in there, and thanks to Sye we are now known for our love of stats.
It's worth reading just for the Gary Neville quote alone!
I don't need to justify the article. If you like it, you like it. If not, fair enough.

Well bugger. With City winning last night has ended any hope of us winning the league....

Yeah, early morning harsh, my bad. I did love the Neville quote. Was definitely harsh on Klavan. I liked the guy. A cult figure IMO. Loved the story about him thinking it was a wind up by a friend when Klopp called him about joining us.
