Amazing to see VVD has only lost 5 games for Liverpool and Lovren has been his partner for 4 of those games, looked ragged and that's being kind.
No one was on their A game today, well no one in a red shirt for sure!

Going the next game so hopefully we'll bounce back stronger

Shocking. That's Klopp for the sack. laugh

Looks like Gerrard's time in Scotland is done on the very same day.

Please take him out of Scottish football.

Ah, so we finally get to see what a Liverpool game looks like without them getting the usual help and favourable decisions from the officials and VAR... I suppose now that the league is all but won we might see a few more Liverpool games like this just so that the FA/PL can demonstrate how ''these things always even themselves out over the course of a season''

I hope Klopp goes full strength for the FA Cup game. We need to rediscover our rhythm and quickly. Players of old used to say they couldn't wait for the next game to get a defeat out of the system. Same should apply against Chelsea.

We paid the FA for an unbeaten season and I for one want a refund and an investigation!

Invincibles and records gone, hope we really go full strength in FA cup and CL now
Was this really that much a thing for people?
Last on the priorities for me,, rather get over 100 points, rather get facup etc etc
Yesterday proved how difficult it is to go the season unbeaten. Everyone knows Arsenal's Invincibles. Up until Man City broke the record a couple of seasons ago did everyone know who held the points record? IMO, going the season unbeaten is harder and more special.

agreed.
Hopefully it will also stop all the nonsense discussion about if this is the "best ever" team.

You're 100% right.

We only had 1 shot on target due to the VAR and referee decisions going against us, not because we played like utter ste.

You fking fruitcake.

Klopp said something interesting in the post match press conference, in response to being asked about whether not getting those records matters. He said no, as always, but did say he couldn't say whether getting close to the records was ever on the mind of some players - and that when you get closer to records it could make some nervous or extra cautious or whatever. So now he fully expects the players to once again just play with the freedom they are capable of, and not be thinking about anything else.

My hunch is that the win against utd (last minute goal to ensure win) has released a pressure valve.

The atletico game matters so it will be interesting to see if we are able to recapture the intensity or if we will remain stuck in 2nd or 3rd gear.

We aren't the best ever, I'm not the only one with that opinion, when it all clicks we are excellent, it very rarely happens though but luckily enough we have made it work up to now.
For me personally it is about one thing, the league, if we can get that monkey off our backs then good 😂

As we have not won on Feb 29th since 1959, the result was predictable..
