Allan’s looks the more serious injury, but hopefully only a week or two, we will have to cope and certainly have more strength in depth now. I haven’t see any of the game but believe Keane laid on a great ball for one of DCLs goals, evidence that confidence is growing in the squad. Apparently it’s the first time since 1938/9 that we’ve won our first six opening games, just hope Germany doesn’t invade Poland again. COYB
The ball from Keane was for DCL's first goal, really nice ball from him I was shocked
Nkounkou had another good game, I think we might have a really good player in the making there! Digne didn't look out of place in the centre of defence either, he's probably too small to play there often but handy for cover should we need it. Pickford was fairly solid, but some of his distribution was awful, a couple of times he hoofed it to West Hams keeper

Alan will be a big miss we need him back as soon as, the guy reads the game so well he is all over the pitch breaking things down. Richarlison of late is doing great defensive work a joy to watch. The team overall since the intro of a solid midfield as given players the confidence to do things they would never have tried before.

To be fair Nearly all goalies often hoof the ball straight through to the oppo goalie. You either play out from the back all the time or you accept that this happens. I’m hoping Pickford improves and starts making less mistakes as the team grows with confidence. I don’t honk we could be singling out players for cutting criticism when we are on the up, in top of our game. Let’s keep it constructive and not turn into those arm chair experts we see elsewhere.
COYTM. KEEP IT UP.

It’s interesting seeing other people’s opinion on Everton. I refuse to have a red ste player on my fantasy football team let alone wish them any sort of success. If they folded tomorrow I wouldn’t bat an eyelid.
Chatting to a red scouser in the key cutting shop today, he is very impressed with us - he actually said 'you beating us in the derby is long overdue'Doubt it will happen - but at least I'll watch this one for the first time in 3 years

That's the result of being a bitter supporter of a vastly less successful team though, so it's fully understandable.hilly10 said:
According to BBC sport Everton have agreed a fee with Norwich for Ben Godfrey, decent young centre back by all accounts
How much longer until Holgate is back? I thought we would buy Romeo and light a defender on loan if im honest.Talk of a loan with obligation to buy for Kean to Juve and Milik coming in from Napoli to replace him. A few clubs after Sandro if we can give him a few quid to go. I'll stick a few quid in the pot if it helps!
Allan’s out for Saturday, doesn’t sound too serious though, hope Delph can step up. Richie is doubtful but we may see him on the bench. Pretty sure we e signed Godfrey from Norwich, think he’s a decent prospect and rated by their fans. If we can do a deal with Kean and add another striker I think we will have had the best window I can remember.
