Yeah was just a bad day at the office. Im glad we've picked up points early as December looks like a tough one.

I'm gutted that the kopite press turned up the heat and we've folded at the first opportunity. Shame we didn't come out and use that energy to win.

I want to see the dogs of war again but not at the expense of a sending off every game. Ffs.

To the next one.. Newcastle another banana skin.

Have to say I don’t get what Digne did. He seemed to step on the saints players ankle/foot whilst running into him, didn’t actually look like a tackle, just kind of a clumsy collision.

Looked painful.

I think Kenny is back. I see both Holgate and Branthwaite are back in training as well

Which isn’t a red card offence. It’s accidental. According to reports we could have got it repealed if we had launched the correct kind of appeal. Instead of asking for it to be overturned we asked for the punishment to be less. Which was granted.

Carlo says he's being "rested". So I'd say he's been dropped, I think he could do with a break to sort himself out.

Nkounkou makes his PL debut on his 20th birthday, hopefully he gets 3 points as a present biggrin

We are really poor so far, team balance is all over the place. I think we will be lucky to get a draw this afternoon.

Just shows how much DCL needs Richarlison alongside him, we're toothless...

We are so ‘mid to lower half of the table’ looking.

Dull and negative.

We're really missing James and his forward thinking. We really need someone to take the game by the scruff of the neck

I think the lack of depth in the squad hurt us today. Nobody showing they wanted the ball to drive us forward. Luckily Digne is back for next weekend, although I thought Nkounkou did OK considering he's young. Hopefully James will be back as well.

Thought Olsen deserves to keep his place as well, could do nothing with the penalty. which I thought was dubious
