0-1 to Burnley today. We don’t turn up against teams lower down the league

FFS chasing the game again at home. Supporting Everton is a pain 0-2 now FFS behind the sofa again

I'm watching this on Peacock in the USA and the commentators keep going on about the (non) penalty decision
their player was holding out guy down he had his arms round his neck, cretins....

Apart from that we're crap, apart from DCL's goal......

Burnley will park the bus.....

Robbie Musto has just said "Burnley are playing like Barcelona"

Gonna be mega tough for you now, you'll probably need to win 8 of the remaining 10 games to get top 4, can't see it happening. That midfield looked awful today.

I watched the rugby and recorded the game, should I just delete it? Couldn’t face it last night but the reports are bad, truly good performances have been in short supply this season. Maybe Carlo is resting players for the cup.

If we play like that we could field our entire squad and still not beat City.

I don't think we have many more players that are fit enough to play laugh

So Pickford is out on Saturday and the England qualifier’s. Olsen is injured as well, if so that will leave us pretty stuffed on the Goalie front.

Season over already, all we have to fight for is to finish above the reds, not sure we will do that given performances against lower teams.

We had top four in our grasp, and have blown it. No way to beat city. Especially at home!!!!

Totally agree after watching City for the first half hour last night they can rest half the team and still breeze past us.

Even if we beat City and got all excited I’d expect we would lose to someone like Bournemouth or Southampton.. ...

Quarter final coming up, still in the hunt for top 6. If you'd asked me at the start of the season would if I'd be happy with that now I would have said yes. We could do with some players back from injury though, I'll give you that!

I think the most disappointing aspect has been the nature of some of our performances, I can’t remember a more ‘up and down’ season in all my years of unstinting support and I really can’t understand what’s behind it all.

Overall I think it’s been a decent season so far and we have much to feel optimistic about, but there’s a nagging doubt about our fragility. I’ve written to the club about the new stadium design and suggested we have a ‘sofa end’, I may start a petition, anyone interested let me know. COYB
