He should have gone. Definitely a red.

He didn't even get booked yikes
Yeah it was a ridiculous decision and further proof var is a load of rubbish and doesn't work.

I thought he trod on him not deliberate but Slowmo looked bad.

Var now saying it should have been red? Can he face any action afterwards?

Can we get rid of Jose now please? It's never going to work.
I'm not sure what else he could have done with the squad? What would you have done different?

Yeah I only ever notice Spurs fans booing him, they were earlier in this game anyway.
Not coming in here to gloat or anything. He is a very lucky boy to be playing football but he seems to have a blinder against Spurs every time they give him the abuse.

I'd have probably made some vain attempt at actually trying to play football rather than lining up with 9 at the back and trying to hoof it to a midget.

Also Parrott has to be worth 10 mins at the end of games like this. It really couldn't make us any worse.

PGMOL now admitting the Lo Celso incident should have been a red card.

Who knew - humans looking at a VAR replay are fallible?

Nope, we'll get turned over.
Good shout. Really don’t understand why Parrott hasn’t even had a sniff yet when we’re so st up front.

Jose says he's too immature / not ready.* shrgs * When you're 2 - 0 down with 40 mins to go in a league game against the team immediately above you with two of your first choice strikers unavailable why not go st or bust and try the youngster?

Yep, bit frustrating TBH. Weirdly when the team sheet came up on screen before kickoff, Son was listed as playing. Was half expecting him to come on with a soft cast for a minute or two then they showed the correct team sheet.

If var is going to get things wrong, you may as well scrap it and have the ref get things wrong.

I'm hoping this is a watershed moment for VAR. All those "it doesn't matter how long the game stops for as long as the right decision is arrived at " VAR apologists will hopefully realise after all that it's still just humans looking at a tv screen.

Might as well scrap the league this year/reset all points to 0 and start again. Only way forward tbh

Wow surprised you're not banned yet. Have you sobered up enough to apologise to Guv?

Yes I agree he did - you were both unnecessarily rude and out of order.

Totally uncalled for and very out of character for this thread.

Neither do I, I'd have thought the direct line to jose and him reading the threads would have been a give away that its light hearted banter after Gov said he didnt like him and wouldn't watch spurs anymore.

Seems like this thread has become like liverpool's during the bad times
