Let them have their moment of glory.
Kane is a great striker and also picks up midfield and defensive duties as well - fantastic allrounder and leader.
But Bale in 2011-2013 was another level and pretty much unplayable - no matter how good Harry is or will be he will never quite reach that level.
Twice the player Bale is? how quickly people forget.

Can we all agree that Bale at his best, and Kane at his best, are both world class players that any team would love to have?
Watching today neither Kane or Bale were at their best, but dare I say it Bale was better.
Anyway instead of arguing about KANE VS BALE, THE RECKONING PART III (with guest commentary from Ecsy) can we talk about how our club is f
ked and it has nothing at all to do with Bale, and nothing at all to do with Kane?
Can we also talk about how Son and Kane have been built up so much that we can't say anything bad about them? They were both rubbish today.

Not sure what mk1 means and I understand that you'll always struggle to measure players individually, but look at their medals. Bale scored a bicycle kick in a UCL final. Do you think Kane is twice as good as Bale ever has been?

Absolutely agree, everyone will have their favourites for whatever reason. I also agree Son has been very much off the boil the last few games but he'll come good again.Watching today neither Kane or Bale were at their best, but dare I say it Bale was better.

However our problems are not up front, our problems are in a defence which needs a major overhaul, our problems are with a manager who is an egotistical dinosaur and a very poor fit for the ethos of Spurs and our problems are with Levy and owners who seem to care very little about investing in a football club where it actually matters the most, the players. If you have to argue, argue about stuff that needs fixing first.
