Kane injured before a cup final and might not be fit in time where have I read this script before?
Disaster that, top 4 gone and a potentially serious injury to Kane. He's absolutely unbelievable btw, both goals tonight were class, one of the best finishers I've ever seen in the PL.
Apparently now, with those 2 goals tonight, he broke the record for most PL goals scored without winning the title.

Well congratulations to him on his first trophy for that achievement biggrin

I've got a really bad feeling we're gonna be taking a half fit Kane to the Euros now, guess we'll find out more tomorrow.

Kane was brilliant last night, two of the best instinctive finishes you'll see in any game.

Henry next on the all time PL list.

Yep his second put him on 164, one ahead of Robbie Fowler.

Nagelsmann looks nailed on for Bayern Munich, so I dread to think who Levy will appoint.

I'm firmly in the any one but Rodgers camp.

How come? I know he's a bit cringe in interviews but he's a decent manager

Deeply sorry... come on, no one has died... I think the teasing might prompt Spurs to stop being so mediocre and hopefully jolt them into action again. Jose being none the wiser in the press conference was just gold biggrin he didn't have a clue, so no changes there

Things are bad when your new sponsor cusses you on the first day with an official tweet (if its Arsenal running their Twitter account that's just typical) but it might make Levy realize how much the rot has set in, and it's reached a point where fans no longer care about the next game. Don't wish for a loss, but Everton will want to capitalise on the draw with Brighton and pick up points, so it won't be an easy game. Players have downed tools so not expecting much tomorrow frown
Don't be daft, do you really think that Dulux would knowingly officially tweet that. I have it from a very good source that the person concerned is quite high up the ladder in their PR team and is likely to be out the door by Monday.

Plenty of the plastics might no longer care and they will be the F**kwits all over social media, but plenty of proper fans including me do. When you've been going to Spurs for 40 years you will know how bad it can be and no diifferent to many other top half clubs. Out of the past 7 league games we have won 4 drawn 1 and lost 2, 13 points out of 21, I am not sure how bad that is??? Is that our place? it puts us 5th in the league. For the last 6 games before the Manc collapse we were 3rd for points won, so lets keep things in context, I agree it's frustrating, but remember that really we have been over acheiving for the last few years rather than under achieving now
Overachieving is good biggrin I think the Dulux thing was banter, it certainly highlights the issues under Mourinho's tenure. In press conferences before games, you can see that Mourinho's usual cheeky persona has already called for a cab and left. He knows he's finished and is running down the clock. Hopefully Kane's injury is not so severe, and he doesn't rely heavily on him and not let that ankle settle in time for the Euros.

I remember the times in 2008 being at the foot of the table with Ramos before Redknapp took over and that same team improved dramatically. I barely saw Jose Mourinho leave his seat to encourage the players at the touchline during the Everton game. It was a mid table scrap. As much as I would like to see Champions League games, it seems the team is getting burned out by the frequent games, with little time to rest.

I think Kane will stay, and will thrive under a new manager.

Why would Rodgers want to go to Spurs over Leicester?

If Rodgers has proved anything in his career it's that he's a social climber with a massive ego and a lack loyalty, he'd leave Leicester for spurs in a heartbeat in the same way that were he to do well at Tottenham and Barca fluttered their eyelashes he wouldn't even stop to clear out his locker.

I can't stand him personally but he is a pretty competent manager to be fair to him and i can't stand Jose more so would take him reluctantly.

I would take an unloyal, cringey Rogers over Jose any day!

It’s not going to happen. We’re stuck with Jose for a while yet. Next year will be easier as our aspirations will be back to a more reasonable level smile

I was starting to believe Everton signing Iwobi for £30 million plus add ons (up to £40 million!) was the worst Premier League signing in history... and then on Friday night I watched Ndombele for £55 million and all of a sudden Iwobi (who is dreadful) doesn’t seem such of a rip off

Serious question - why are Spurs playing Ndombele over Ali, Bale, Lamela, etc?

And?
Vs Everton Ndombele was pushed forward to play behind Kane and Son.
Ali, Bale, Lamela can all play this role with ease.

I stand my my argument, Ndombele has to be considered as the premier leagues worst ever signing.
I don’t get what he offers?
He doesn’t seem to offer anything at all.

Given the ESL statement this evening, it looks like our clubs might not be in the PL next season after all...

Sorry, new statement says Blackburn will be playing in the super league instead on account of winning more titles.
