Haha I was just joking that we weren’t actually implying Klopp might take the job. But I went ahead and stuck a tenner on Klopp anyway, you never know eh?
If you want to hand tenners away, I can give you my paypal...Posted around 10 minutes ago...
<Jurgen Klopp has been asked if he is interested in succeeding Joachim Low as coach of the German national team.
"Am I available for the job in the summer? No. Somebody else will do the job, and with the amount of good German managers they have, I'm sure the German FA will find a good solution.
"I have three years left at Liverpool. It's a simple situation; you sign a contract and you try to stick to that.">
JK knocks the Low replacement speculation on the head with his answer to the first question in the PC (about 7 minutes in). Looks at the camera when he says it too.

Maybe put a large sum on his staying and get ya tenner back

In fairness, people have said "I'm staying" to then move on pretty quickly. He's hardly going to say "yep, I'm certainly thinking about it" is he! Posted around 10 minutes ago...

He's hardly going to say I'm off in an interview is he.
He's resigned mid contract from his two previous clubs so he has form for doing a runner when things start to go sour.

I can almost hear the statement "Tough year with Covid, tired, need to be with family"
Well like I said earlier - place ya bets. "It's very flattering but I am contracted to Liverpool" is very different to "Am I available? No.". Won't stop you lot or the press from making mountains out of molehills but I would say he's not going. Good luck with the WUMing on that one

If we play anything like we played against Fulham then we may well get overturned. Leipzig were uncharacteristically average in the first leg (by all accounts). Can't see that happening twice. We need to be much better, quickly. At least twice as good as we needed to be to beat Spurs recently... Flip Martian said:

I wonder how much Klopp is focusing more on the CL than the league now, given that it probably represents our only opportunity to get back into the CL next season.
Given the seven changes against Fulham (I think only Firmino was a forced change due to injury), should answer that one.type-r said:
