Wrexham never do anything the easy way, do they! What a game. Still wondering why Young and Forde didn’t start.
Not entirely sure why Ben ‘I only train twice a week’ Foster is still making squads over Howard, either. I mean, I like the guy. But he seems to have lost his edge.
Agree. Not entirely sure why Ben ‘I only train twice a week’ Foster is still making squads over Howard, either. I mean, I like the guy. But he seems to have lost his edge.

Top fella. He's obviously reached the point where he knows he's no longer able to do what he used to. He must be a bit bummed about that really but fair play to him.ajprice said:

Fair play to the bloke for stepping up and doing the right thing. He could have stayed on for the rest of the season, claiming a big salary, but he's realised he's not as young as he used to be and accepted it.
He'll always be remembered in Wrexham for helping us back into the EFL. And for that legendary penalty save in the game against County! I'm hoping he'll come back in some form of coaching capacity - it would be a shame to lose all that experience and knowledge.
Besides which, Super Ben Foster In Goal is a cracking song.

Went to my watch my home town club Walsall V Wrexham tonight was a good open game but you lot were hardly in it. The Walsall fans were cock a hoop beating your team. I bet you get that every where you go now with your Hollywood reputation.
Wrexham weren't at it last night. Walsall were first to everything. I desperately wanted to win to shut your number 15 up, but hey ho.Gassing Station | Football | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
