Liverpool upped their game and we missed chances. Ramsdale was sensational.
We're three ahead, assuming City win their game in hand. The game at City just became even bigger.
I'm trying so hard to remind myself that second would have been an outrageously successful result at the beginning of the season, but we've been at the top so long, if we fail now it's going to be painful.

What a rollercoaster of a game. Lucky to get a point in the end but also had a couple of good chances late on, Four points against Liverpool this year can’t be argued with. Who knows what it means for finishing league position, the game against Man City was crucial before this, we need a draw at the minimum which is what we needed before this game.

Can't see City dropping any points to the end of the season tbh.
Come on, don’t fluff it up nowYou can get a draw at theirs
I guess the maths are pretty simple now, seven wins and one draw gets us the title, as long as that draw is with City, or six wins, one draw and one loss providing neither the draw nor loss are to City.
Thank fk we drew at Anfield, I had a big fat 'L' penciled in for that game. Shame we couldn't hold on for the win, but I'm much more confident going away to Man City than Anfield. Mind you, being Arsenal we will probably do something weird like beat City then lose to Wolves or something!
If you'd told me before the season started we'd of beaten Liverpool 3-2 and drawn 2-2. I'd of taken it for sure.
Does feel a bit like 2 points lost though, especially after such a good start, them not being able to put anything past Chelsea and City demolishing them last week. I suppose that's the Anfield effect.
Need 2 straight forward wins before we play City and if we take anything but a loss from that game it'll look like this.
Arsenal P33 Pts 80
City P31 Pts 71
Which is a good look.
I'm a bit annoyed that the Chelsea game is 3 days later, definitely feel that could be better managed and put on the Sunday or even Monday.

This change has been made as a result of the Metropolitan Police revising its position on policing the match.
After working to try to find a solution with the Met Police, we are very disappointed with the impact and disruption this fixture change will cause to our supporters, particularly after this match had been initially approved for a Saturday evening kick-off.
So only 5 days recovery to the Toon match post Chavs, but extra 3 post Citeh from original Saturday slot.

With this team? No, the lads have been a sensation.
If anyone said 4th at the start of the season I would have bit their hands off.
True but other than City all the other big teams are underperforming and we've been top now for so long.. If anyone said 4th at the start of the season I would have bit their hands off.
Also I'm annoyed we crashed out the europa league so early.

Re Chelsea game getting moved to Tuesday.
I was thinking the extra rest after the City game would be welcome, but we had that going into the visit to Anfield (and looked wasted in the second half). So if it's not Arsenal moving it, and not the FA what, someone in the Met is a Chelsea fan? What's the reasoning behind moving it?

London teams Palace early KO v West Ham, 3PM is Brentford so no real issue there. Lampard asked for more time with Auba to prep him to score against us, or they think due to the levelling of the economy ours and Chelsea fans will have been in the pub all day Saturday for evening ko and things might literally kick off if Muggedbytherich scores his first goal against us- which they would have known the first time they agreed? Sunday Fulham are only London team at home, Monday is Arsenal Women Champs league semi-final at The Emirates. Sky probably just fancy testing Tuesday matches along with our previous Friday v Soton...
Or as you say Met are Chelsea fans...full text from Arse.con:
The Premier League has announced that our home league match against Chelsea has been moved to Tuesday, May 2, kicking off at 8pm(UK time).
This change has unfortunately been made after working to try to find a solution with the Metropolitan Police and our Safety Advisory Group.
We are very disappointed with the impact and disruption this fixture change will cause to our supporters, particularly after this match had been initially approved for a Saturday evening kick-off.
Please find below the Premier League statement:
The Premier League fixture between Arsenal FC and Chelsea FC at Emirates Stadium, scheduled to take place on Saturday 29 April at 5.30pm, will now take place on Tuesday 2 May at 8.00pm.
The initial scheduling of this match was approved at a Safety Advisory Group (SAG) meeting in February. However, the Metropolitan Police has now revised its position regarding the kick-off time and requested a further SAG meeting which determined the match had to be re-scheduled.
We regret the need to move this fixture at late notice and the impact this will have on supporters. The game will remain live on Sky Sports.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed that France defender William Saliba will miss Sunday's Premier League clash at West Ham, but striker Eddie Nketiah is fit and ready to play.
He added: "William is still not available but he is progressing well. We hope to have him in the next couple of weeks, but we will see.
"He is not far off getting back to training on the grass. We need to be cautious because of the nature of the injury he has had, but he is evolving well."
Hmm Citeh at earliest, not sure a rusty Saliba is better than Alice-band Adonis Holding. I wonder if there is a temptation to bring Kiwior in to the fold given he's a Polish international CB or just worried he'll be Senderosed by Haaland? Also not sure Arteta would go for both Gabriel and Kiwior together as both left footed, Holding is right footed...
