Listen, Man United might not thank me but get the contract out, put it on the table. Let him sign it. Let him write whatever numbers he wants on there, given what he's done since he's come in. Michael's at the wheel, man. He's doing it. He's doing his thing. Man United are BACK

Jesus.
I thought Roy Hodgson was the worst possible appointment for Liverpool. The total opposite of what we needed and how we play. It was a diabolical decision to employ him.
But it never crossed my mind to turn my back on the club.
How would you have felt if it was Moyes, or Ron Atkinson?I thought Roy Hodgson was the worst possible appointment for Liverpool. The total opposite of what we needed and how we play. It was a diabolical decision to employ him.
But it never crossed my mind to turn my back on the club.
Appointing a crap manager is one thing, appointing the most recent failed manager of your fiercest rivals is a step too far me. So sorry that some of you are upset by this, maybe form a group and you can all talk through your feelings and how my words have hurt you.
Amused. But only that.
It wasn’t pretty, but it was a job done and qualification to the next round of the CL.
We rode our luck at times, and Dave pulled out some cracking saves, but we seemed to have a plan. Keep things tight for 60mins, work hard for each other. Bruno on at 60mins pushed us on and showed we wanted to go for win.
Sancho was excellent, best performance so far. Midfield struggled, but Fred did well and broke up play, Donny did well and used the ball well. McSauce seemed out of place.
I suspect it will be some of the same for Chelsea, and I’m hoping we see the same team as the work rate was excellent.
We kept a clean sheet which was vital and will gives us some confidence as we move forward.

Good result. Performance up until the changes was solid(ish) defensively but not much else. Good after the changes.
All in all job done and we’re through and that’s what matters.
You’ve finally turned into one of the positive crew! All in all job done and we’re through and that’s what matters.
Up to the substitutions, it was the same old dross, and we were very lucky to be in the game. We were then gifted a goal and looked better with Bruno on.
It was at best 5/10. But it comes after a 0/10 against Watford so is good news.

DDG seems back to his best. A massive plus out of our recent woes. We rode our luck at times, and Dave pulled out some cracking saves, but we seemed to have a plan. Keep things tight for 60mins, work hard for each other. Bruno on at 60mins pushed us on and showed we wanted to go for win.

We are through.
That’ll do.
