HT changes... Cress & Johnson.

That'll change the game.

MOYES OUT
It really is utterly astonishing what he does with his subs, completely unfathomable week after week.

Can’t believe I’m saying this but I’m glad we lost, and I hope we now lose every game til the end of the season. That’s the only way we will get rid of the Moyesiah.

Our season's fked so it doesn't really matter now, but some stats, showing just how ste we've been... via a helpful KUMB post:

"Goals conceded in 34 prem games is very poor considering our defensive set up.

If we concede 70 then that will equal our worst Prem season since we were relegated under Uncle Avram.

71 or more and it will be our worst goals against in a league season since 1967... (84 conceded in a 42 game season)".

Avram fking Grant. Let that sink in. Avram fking Grant.

Total ste.

From all the poor decisions WH have made over the years that has to rank as the worst. We’d had a terrible 2009/10 season just avoiding relegation, so who did they appoint? A manager who had managed to finish bottom of the table in the same season, relegating Portsmouth, who had been in position 20 in the league from second game of the season to the end banghead

Well for the first time I can honestly remember when I have nothing stopping me I’m not bothering to go Saturday. Also for the first time the lad can’t be arsed with an 8 hour return coach trip from Sheffield,so I’ve given my tickets away to ‘Pool supporting friend.
That’s what it’s come to,even during the end of the Allardyce era that didn’t happen.Nothing to play for,but more importantly nothing to watch.

Similar - it was going to be my last game of the season as I'm missing the Luton one as I'll be at Spa for the WEC.

Chelmsford City are into the play-offs, reckon that'll be a more competitive game.

I’ve got to do Luton as all the ST’s around us are getting together.Funny you mention going to Chelmsford City, I went to the relegation battle of Colchester v Grimsby last Tuesday night and really enjoyed it. No VAR,no obvious play acting, players playing for their livelihood and non stop singing from the fans.

I just looked, hadn't realised it's that bad. Only the bottom 3 clubs have conceded more goals!!!

It's a good job that, other than Chelsea, only clubs above us have scored more.

Interesting to see that the rabid support for Moyes because we are '7th and in Europe' on Talksport seems to have gone away.

I think he's reached the end of the road. But I also think whoever replaces him is going to face the same problems Moyes faces in terms of how the club is run. And in particular the approach to recruitment and transfers.

It’s been said before buy why on earth did we let Lanzini, Fornals, Benrahma and Flynn Downes go without replacements??

Is Moyes responsible for that?

The truth is no one knows, it's all speculation and heresay.
However, I find it very difficult to believe that any manager at any level would deliberately weaken his squad in January,Possibly he was promised replacements that didn't materialise.

Well if it comes down to squad cost management, it wouldn't be a job that Moyes looks at. I can imagine the club basically said 'why have you got Fornals and Lanzini playing odd games here and there and both costing 200k a week.' He would have I am sure said his squad wouldn't have the depth, but we should have had a pipeline of players lined up by Steidten who we should have been able to go after to reduce costs and provide cover. It really was a mismanaged window by all involved.

I’m thinking Moyes will go at the end of the season, most on here will be happy with that.
Next year at about this time, review these pages and reflect on what went horribly wrong….
