Really glad they got one over on Bournemouth too. When they won the league last time, I never saw such use of the dark arts to win so many points and get away with it so much. There were still signs of that in this team on Saturday.
So glad fans of other teams are seeing this. Norwich made a lot of noise about it this season too.

Anyone see the response to AFCB's official tweet at the end of the match? An absolute torrent of laughing Lerma faces. The tweet he used after his cheating against Watford won them the match earlier in the season.

Anyway - good luck Bees this weekend. Watford fans have a soft spot for you and this time we're supporting you, rather than hoping the opposition lose hehe

When they got promoted last time, they were borderline cheating their way to wins week in, week out. Made all the worse by playing the "plucky little Bournemouth" card constantly, at the same time as spending a fortune.

Wolves were well off the pace last season until we showed title-winning form towards the end, but just too late to make the play-offs, but we absolutely battered Bournemouth at Molineux and were it not for some of the worst cheating/conning behaviour from virtually all of their players and staff and one of the weakest refereeing performances on the back of it, would have been a comfortable 3-0 win. Instead it was a 2-1 loss. Most teams in the league reported similar actions from them and they've been the same ever since.

Great game this, would be very happy to see Brentford promoted and a new name in the league. The effort of the bar just then was ridiculous. yikes

Well done Bees. Let's hope this is a day of West London glory. Success at Wembley, now all eyes on Porto.

Hearty congratulations from the Canaries. Ignore my comment a few pages back about the misery of life in the Prem and just enjoy it all.

Got a bit dusty here after the final whistle.....thinking of my old man, and how he would have loved to have seen this happen, given as a young lad, he lived just down the road from Griffin Park, and watched The Bees play in the 1st Division in the spring of 1939.
He never got to see them play in the 1st season after WW2, as he was still in the Army and serving overseas, so they were in 2nd Div after he was demobbed in early 1947.
Hope he's looking down with a big smile on his face.

Congratulations, really pleased for Brentford! I like watching your games, they play good attacking football and looking forward to seeing them in the Prem.

Marvellous smile

I was at Wembley with my Dad for the '97 play-off final against Crewe.
