Funny, I was thinking last night just how much I miss that. I used to watch it every year, regardless of whether we were in it (and we weren't most of the time). And watch the build up "team breakfast in the hotel/on the bus" stuff beforehand.

Now I'll just do what I normally do for any match - switch on as close to kick off as poss, to avoid the "experts" spouting the usual cliched crap.

Making a proper day of it… 6 for a late lunch (Middle Eastern bbq) in the sun, followed by the game... it’s going to be around 25* here today… the beer fridge is full and wine breathing.

As has been said, haven’t felt like this on cup final day for years.

Last win in 2006 at the Millenium stadium, such a long time ago. I'd only recently ditched my Nokia 3330 and was still at uni.

Enjoying the game from the Algarve today.

Bringing Jota in doesn't actually make us any weaker at the moment with Salah's current form IMO.
