I thought that Diaz didn't have much space in the first half, but now he's more mobile - moving from left to right.

One of the most cynical pieces of garbage I have seen for years, Viera has clearly told them to waste time at all costs and try and play out the clock, it's pathetic but I would expect nothing less from him. Always was a dirty player.

I hate seeing cheating and stuff, and this is such a poor effort from a team LEADING away from home, even in attack they have made zero effort to try and score, just get free kicks and throws/corners to waste time.

Nunez is a total bell end, I feel Klopp is going to have his work cut out with him

Nunez will only do that the once. Can't see him being in a Klopp team and doing that again.

Is Bobby injured too?

So along with Joe Gomez, Diogo Jota, Ibrahima Konate, Curtis Jones, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Calvin Ramsay, Caoimhin Kelleher and Kaide Gordon.

Kostas Tsimikas, Naby Keita and Alisson Becker only just returned. What's up with our superior training?
Forgot to add Thiago Alcantara and Joel Matip! frown

I both love and hate the South American passion in equal measures

Nunez needs to harness one of them

Nunez is a pretty poor footballer. He'll be a massive flop in my opinion. We're at a turning point, half our players are too old, half are too young, and those inbetween are injury prone. Don't see it going well this season, but I said the same last season, I just think it's inevitable with the balance we have.

Maybe you could both go and "support" someone else with that kind of pessimism. Sheesh.

I remember a very, very long time ago, we were once linked with Will Hughes when he was at Derby. Not sure how close he came to signing. Can't believe he is still only 27!

Shows the lack of depth in our MF when we start Milner and bring a 17 yo on when we really need a goal.

Given they call Tsimikas "Crosstas", he's been way off with all of them since he came on.

I disagree with pretty much all of this

To be fair, he is normally excellent. Much better than Robertson IMO. Not sure if it is the overly greasy pitch tonight!?

He is, I agree. The pitch does seem a bit greasy tonight. But this is the first game on it - brand new grass/synthetic weave, or something.

Says a lot that since Nunez went off we've actually had by far the upper hand and done most of the attacking.

FFS. Season's over. Klopp out! wink

Long way to go.

Here's a thought. Would we have got the draw had Nunez not been sent off.

Happy with the performance but not the finishing. And obv not with Nunes being a silly boy. But if we're going to drop points I'd rather it was now in the first few games.

A real pity Nunez won't play at OT - Utd will be breathing a sigh of relief.
