Nothing wrong with that. It was IIRC Rudiger's nasty challenge on De Bruyne that fractured the Belgian's eye socket. Rudiger, as always, made the most of it and as he was on the ground feigning injury, the ref waited, helped him up then booked him. Only thing wrong with it was that it should have been a red for Rudiger.
