Weird atmosphere at the ground. Feels half empty.
61,460 it looked banged out, we were actually surprised there were not a load of empty seats

Are you new to supporting spurs? laugh

Mixed results for us this weekend Brighton and UTD dropping points but barcodes winning, I can’t believe that given how st we are we’re only 2 points off 3rd, behind a utd team that a couple of weeks ago the world and his wife were touting as title winners.

It’s a really odd season, everyone beatable, bar arsenal (unfortunately).

Sadly not! But I can't do with all the doom and gloom. We have a good run of games and sadly no other competitions to focus on. If we can't finish above Brighton then frankly we don't deserve 4th.

What about Newcastle or Liverpool? I know both have had sketchy form recently but so have we. Put it this way, I'd be pleasantly surprised if we finish 4th.

Also less we forget, it's still been a st season by my reckoning with some of the most mind numbing football I've seen Spurs play plus going out to Sheffield Utd and Milan with a whimper. Finishing top 4 would be nice but shouldn't be used by Levy and Conte as an excuse for the crap we've had to put up with all season.

I’d still say its there for the taking, Newcastle seem to have tapered off and Liverpool are in the same boat as us, maybe with one or two more holes in it, but its still the same boat

Well I read some inside reports that Spurs senior management were very upset that Conte decided to rest players for the FA Cup game. Not sure if there was a miscommunication but it certainly doesn't sound like they told Conte to deprioritise the FA Cup in favour of top 4.
Probably slaphead putting out some favourable propaganda through Ali Gold. If you look at the line ups we have put out in the domestic cups to bow out of every season for the last decade it paints a picture. Only Jose took it serious and look what he copped.

The club have to financially incentivise the manager and players for trophies rather than top 4. Tony even wumming Levy about it in the presser last week about top 4 being the real prize.

The team we put out in the FA Cup against Sheffield United should have been plenty strong enough to get a result. The players just didn't turn up and were facing a Utd team that were well organised and showed the required level of desire etc.

Yep not sure where we got this rhetoric that we played the B team, we only had Kane and a couple of others missing unless people are saying we can never win a game if Kane doesn't play. We still had Son, Lucas and Richarlison up front, those 3 alone probably cost more than the entire Utd team. Sheffield had to make 8 changes due to illness so it was effectively our A team minus Harry vs their B team.

Unfortunately our players have a nasty habit of not turning up for important games, no matter who the manager is and that even includes our big name players like Harry.

Lots of commentary said it was a dive. Was it, did Sarr touch him?

Not from what I could see. And the VAR angle was behind the goal making it look like he did. The replay from the other end (facing the goal) showed absolutely no contact

It wasn’t a dive to be fair. Shocking decision though there’s was absolutely zero contact at all.

Scandalous decision. 2 in 2 games.

Nope never a penalty
Niles dived like the gooner git he is,
However the whole team are seemingly uninterested except Kane/Skipp
Forster did well to make some good saves.

The rot has set in though from Conte and his attitude
He needs to be got shot of ASAP.

Shocking VAR decision but we should have never got to the stage where VAR affected the result. 3-1 up at 74 minutes against the team at the bottom of the league, close the game out don't give them a sniff of hope.

That's not the Spurs way though.
