Enjoy it mart?
Most of it, yes thanks. Not going to lie, Son is my all time favourite PL player and given that I have now seen him score eight times in the four live games I've seen him, I think he might be MY biggest fan too.Was working at the A*****l under 18 game which over ran a little bit & the trains from Turkey Street were less frequent than I remember so didn't get to the ground much before 2.30pm. However got my sausage roll & can of cider which was top of my "to do" list but forgot to get a programme which was annoying.
The game? Crap start obviously but not quite sure how Spurs didn't score. Think Son hit both posts with one shot, couple of last ditch blocks etc. Johnson coming on was a game changer as Spurs looked so much better and not sure with so much possession & far more chances how anyone could deny they deserved it.
Would have liked the ref to clamp down harder on the time wasting which was added on in the end, I suppose, but could have cost Spurs. Still, a great day out, fed and watered & back home in Bristol by 8.30pm is a decent way of spending Easter Saturday.

Ahhh were you up at the training ground? That is a marvel as well. Remember being sat at Turkey Street for an hour though, and I thought? This is London transport, what's going on.Terry Winks said:

I'd like a real image of the ball on the line, rather than a CGI representation to be honest. The screen shot looks like the ball is well over the line and Doughty's foot is ever so slightly over. I guess we'll never know what Hawkeye actually registers as they never release the footage. There must be a margin of error that they don't advertise. More VAR fairy required.

I've just emailed you ref this. Thanks a million.
Disappointing results yesterday. Arsenal are playing really well and their defence is superb but I was hoping City would be able to overcome it. NLD at the end of the month is going to be scary the way we are playing at the moment. Liverpool doing a similar job to us of scraping wins whilst not playing very well, the title is clearly theirs to lose. My pre-season prediction of top 6 finish is still on - we're three points better off and in the same position as this stage last year and we have a chance of nicking fourth but it's a tough run of fixtures through April we'll do well to still be in touch with Villa by the end of the month even with the game in hand.
Quick turnaround to West Ham on Tuesday, hoping Maddison is fit and was just taken off as a precaution on that ankle. If we could start games the way we have been playing from 60 mins onwards that would help the nerves a little. All the clips of previous Ange teams and of him in training have all been about moving the ball quickly, "the ball never stops" he is screaming at players in training. Yet we seem to plod around for 60 minutes, passing sideways and backwards and looking a bit lathargic and devoid of intent. Then suddenly we change gear, the passing is snappy and hurts the opposition, and we score goals. Why can't we play the first 60 minutes like that? Very frustrating, although overall it's night and day better than the football we've been subjected to for the previous few seasons.
