The Official Tottenham Hotspur thread [Vol 14]
Discussion
What is it with us and Pens this season too, we’re firmly at the bottom of the table with 1 awarded all season. And not that it would have made much difference overall yesterday but thought we had a stone wall one not even looked at. Apparently VAR were deciding whether the foul/challenge on Bentacur was enough for him to go down.
He was kicked in the head by a high boot?
Is it because Ange refuses to kick off at poor decisions? Are we still being punished for the Liverpool offside (not that it was our doing)
The other stat in the table Chelsea have had 11, they’d probably be in real trouble without them

Well that's an interesting set of results.
I hope The Samaritans are on standby, having just read the Liverpool and Arsenal threads. Jeez, they've just lost a game that's all. Two points off top with six to play and they are all throwing in the towel already. Plenty of opportunity for twists and turns yet. Same as the race to secure 4th.48k said:

Versus any other team, maybe. Against City? I can’t see it. Sure, they’ve not been quite as dominant this season as some previous, but they’re still really, REALLY good at winning when it matters. And now it really matters.I really don’t think it was any exaggeration at all for any Arsenal or Liverpool fan to say that a draw or loss is more than likely the title gone.
Spurs are going to have a huge say, given you still have to play City and you’ve got some great results against them in the past.
