The more psychological pressure right now for the Gooners, the better. Northing belied their fragility when he got sent off and Arteta only emphasised that with his Keegan-esque post-match interview.

The only thing better, on a boring night in Germany is listening to Perry Ginger getting battered on TalkSport rofl

Gents, while I am as happy as a dog with two dicks, it ain't over yet. We only need a draw at Norwich and whilst the short sighted among us think it will be a walk in the park.may I remind them of the other walks in the park that had bear traps in, Brighton being one of them. I am keeping my local gooner at arms length until 17.00 on Sunday.

I can't see that shower turning over Everton. Newcastle bullied them.

Congrats beer
Nowhere near over yet wink
Oh it’s very over, I expect Everton to beat us and we finish the season like we started, 3 defeats

We will be back though
Definitely not over yet.

As a wise man said earlier, "If the prospect of needing to avoid defeat against a relegated team on the final day of the season doesn't fill you with terror, you haven't been supporting Spurs for very long."

The fat lady is not singing yet, she's just doing vocal warmups.

Don't kick a man whilst he's down, we're not Holding? biggrin

Perhaps if they hadn't put off those games because their 'best' players were missing, they wouldn't have picked up so many injuries at the end of the season as they packed the games in?

It’s an opportunity to put that Spursy st to bed for a while, if the team go out there and beat Norwich.

However, as a Spurs fan I know that’s not going to be as easy as it sounds! All the pressure on Spurs, Norwich with nothing left to lose.

They've had nothing left to lose all season and still only managed to win 5 games.

If we can't beat Norwich we don't deserve to finish fourth.

Even though a draw will do, I'll still be watching it from behind the sofa.

I haven't. Been watching Sours since 1956 (first visit to WHL without Dad) and first went there in 1953 with him watching reserve games 6d seat in the old West stand. As a result I never take anything fior granted....remember the Man C cup tie.... the Man u game in2001?. Other cock ups are available....lol

I rest my case.

Let's be honest though, when Nuno left, if you'd have been told we'd end up with a last day of the season shot at a CL place you'd probably have laughed and said no chance is that happening!

Yep 4th spot is an amazing result considering where we were 6 months ago. However as others have said, I've been supporting Spurs for too long to take anything for granted. Spursy is very much real so I'll also be watching from behind the sofa.

Thursday is the next key game - Everton v Palace.

An Everton win and they are safe - and so like Norwich, will have nothing to play for.

Obviously buzzing from the result last night, but definitely feeling cautious and it isn't over yet.

Who knows what will happen on the last day, absolutely anything is possible!!!!!

Dream scenario is a massive win and Sonny taking golden boot.

But other scenarios are available.............. rolleyes

For sure it's not over. Conte will have them focussed on a result. As long as we don't do anything daft like sendings off, we should get a result.

Arteta has shown himself for what he is ... a third rate coach. Conte has ***ked with his head over the past few weeks. Arsenal have wilted in two hostile packed stadiums.

Really hope Palace can do over Everton and then Everton need a result at Arsenal. I'd actually like Everton to stay up as I think they've shown lots of bottle over the past few weeks to pull themselves (almost) clear.

Burnley going down would be great as we don't do well against them.
