CS was following orders from Conte, I hope the 2 km runs before each match, rigid 3-4-3 formation will be binned during his short tenure. Seeing Richarlison, Spence and Udogie next season, Danjuma play more would be great. The fact most of the training staff and only Conte and his brother left speaks volumes.
Apparently Nagelsmann is only interested in the job if Spurs make the CL places...
Unfortunately i can't see us triggering Danjuma's buy option given he's played a grand total of 47 minutes of football for us this season (honestly, what was the point?!)Apparently Nagelsmann is only interested in the job if Spurs make the CL places...

Udogie looks such a player though, i'm really excited to see how he'll fare in the PL. He's been fantastic for Udinese.

That maybe says a lot about him and already feeling entitled even as a young manager, maybe we could dodge another bullet and avoidEdited by CourtAgain on Monday 27th March 23:25
We need to get this next manager right so if I were the Spurs board, I'd be looking very carefully at the circumstances of his firing.
Yep we're having the same conversation again as a few days ago - Nagelsman parted company with Bayern for pretty much the same reasons as Conte parted with Spurs.
The underlying problems aren't going to change, so whilst it doesn't really matter who the manager is, we may as well try and get one who plays a brand of football that is entertaining to watch.

Conte's football was awful, we were knocked out of the FA Cup and CL with a whimper and it's highly unlikely we will get top 4 at this rate. Conte was also very vocal, several times in his criticisms about the club. The underlying problems aren't going to change, so whilst it doesn't really matter who the manager is, we may as well try and get one who plays a brand of football that is entertaining to watch.
In contrast, Bayern are still in the quarter finals of the CL, second in the Bundesliga by 1 point and playing some great football so on the surface, the reasons for his falling out with the players or board aren't similar at all so I'd want to know why he was actually fired because it certainly can't be performance related.

Bloody hell, shows you the different level top clubs operate at. We'd have their arm off to be in the same position.
Well, the Bundesliga has historically been a bit of a one-horse race, but this season there have been 3 teams in it. So, couple Bayern having a bit of genuine competition for once, with him going on a skiing holiday a week before an important game, the team conceeding silly goals from winning positions, their scoring dropping off, the strong personalities in the management, and Touchel behing available, squeeky bum time took over and they pulled the trigger.Bloody hell, shows you the different level top clubs operate at. A move to Spurs would be a step down for him, and also he might not want to come if we don't get CL football, but if he does come I expect to see a repeat of the personality clashes and he'll probably last until 2025 before losing the dressing room / pissing off Levy with his comments.

If Stellini gets us top 4 once let off the leash why not just keep him.
That would be no mean achievement at this point.
More than likely he'll follow Conte wherever he ends up for his next gig. He's been his assistant at 3 of the clubs he's managed now. Pretty sure the only reason we've chosen him to stay on until the end of the season is because Conte would otherwise have some sort of dismissal case against us like he did at Chelsea (i think?) and we'd be on the hook for a load of money. That would be no mean achievement at this point.
