Reminds me of the Benrahma goal.

De Hea really does struggle with low power shots that bounce twice.

How the fk can we leave Gundogan unmarked on the edge of the fking box ffs

As for De Gea. Again. Useless.
He saw it really late, can't blame him for that one.

De Gea really does struggle with shots that he should save. And kicking. And dominating his box. And organising his defense. Great keeper otherwise.

Any top drawer keeper saves that. His reflexes are deserting him.

Not a single player threw themselves in front of that shot, just rolled past them all. Need to be better than that.

Seem to be playing better in the 2nd half, still carrying too many dead players, Sancho lacking anything really and Fred's going to be sent off

I think our lads need to start kicking Walker a bit. He’s having an all-together too comfortable afternoon

Well that’s our good spell of momentum ruined. Casemiro clearly had a look on his face that was too aggressive when he jumped.
What bullst.

He’s just so “meh”. Zero excitement when he gets on the ball. He dithers and takes the easiest option every time.

Compare to Garnacho. Yes Garnacho is raw and makes the odd wrong decision, but when he gets the ball there’s anticipation that something will happen. He’s direct, electric , explosive etc. None of which are words even his biggest fan would use to describe sancho.

Having seen 2 years of him I’d be happy to call it a day and find an alternative.

You’re just upset. We’re not going to sign him in the summer so just think how many occasions next season we’ll all be watching United and thinking “If only we could bring on Wout”.

100% unfortunately feel like he's another Jesse Linguard, off the field issues have not worked for him and a complete loss of form. He's one on my list to clear out this summer but I think a pre season with his mind focused may help

It's positive from United pre-ETH they would have given up they're giving it their all till the end just the gap in quality which given the issues we've been having all these years isn't actually that large, city haven't exactly ran away with the match.

Also definitely shows our lack of squad depth when we need to freshen up and there aren't many on the bench whole make a difference

Needing a goal and we bring on Weghorst. Says it all doesn't it

Would prefer slabhead up front to be honest.

This is the biggest issue ETH has to resolve to be honest. Yes there are some key positions that need resolving, but squad depth is so poor for the amount spent in the last seasons. That's squarely on the footballing side of the club too, albeit overseen by the leeches and there minions. The money has been there, we've just pissed so much away that we are left with Wout Weghorst having to save the day. Scandalous really.

Should add, fair play to the footballing side of City on the pitch today. They have been better - we all knew that coming in of course - but they have been. It's not in anyway excusing the off the field issues, but they have built a very strong team / squad. Hopefully Inter do them in the CL, of course.

It's our failure over the last decade to compete with them properly off the pitch in Infrastructure, management and planning that has brought us to this. We could have stopped them today, but we never gave ourselves a chance and those seeds were sewn a long time ago.

We are heading in the right direction now, ETH will need a lot of backing but it can get better. We desperately need the leeches, and any leech enablers, out of the club though. Hopefully SAF ttted that Glazer sat next to him off camera.

Don't think they are a huge load better than us. A little better in most areas, but not insurmountable.

We looked good in bits.

You’re weird. He’s an old bloke who has been retired for a decade with comparatively limited success for the last few years before that.
There’s quite a few posters on here today that should maybe have a little think about why they can’t let go of their jealousy and unhappiness after so, so long. It can’t be healthy and you’re all just upsetting yourselves and letting it define you.
